I had a very disappointing experience with this family day care service. We met the educator in person, and everything went very well. She seemed happy with us and even encouraged us to enroll our child quickly so he could start the following Monday. The next day, the director sent us all the documents and contract. As I was about to sign, I noticed a clause about paying for days that fall on public holidays. Being new to Australia, I simply asked for clarification to make sure I understood correctly. Instead of answering professionally, I was told that because I asked this question, the educator no longer wanted to take our child. I was shocked. I clearly explained that we are new to the country, that it is normal to ask questions before signing a contract, and that we are reliable and serious parents who would never cause payment issues. Despite this, they refused us at the very last minute. This left us in a very difficult situation, as we had trusted them and stopped looking for other childcare options based on their confirmation. In my opinion, this is highly unprofessional. Parents should be able to ask questions about contracts without being penalized. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

The AFDC provides excellent services, and the educator (Saima) is best. She handles kids with so much care and love and gives a family environment to make the kid comfortable.

Great, lovely educator (Saima in Page) Toddler had lots of fun and Saima was kind, helpful and professional with the first day settling in. Very efficient registration process too. Also very flexible ..

Mostly fun and everything the child has to learn in her development. My child is happy and comfort in your care. Much appreciated

My son has attended care with nefe family day care on the south side since he was a baby ,and I have never had a bad experience with this center.I will recommend Nefe family day care is home away from home.

If you want to increase your stress send your kids to Nefe daycare. The most unprofessional person I have ever met. She can send a message couple hours before do not send your kids. She has closed her company. Like seriously 😐 Will empty your account by direct debit. Will say “ Sorry” she will fix it next week. Which will never fix. Soon you give them 2 weeks notice, that’s the real person you will see after 😐

I would like to give 0 star and never ever recommend to anyone one. because nafe is really very unprofessional I don’t know why she’s allowed to work in this very sensitive professional work field. mid night she will send you a text massage don’t send your kids tomorrow i am ending care from now and not even attend your call or reply back. Such a horrible experience with her.

I would give zero star. The best place to waste time & money. They took advance deposit and charged unnecessary fee against that deposit… Nefe really gives headache….

Seriously i would give 0 stars to this service so unprofessional always I get a headache paying advance and extra $$and for the days your child didn’t Even went for a care $$$$ if you want a peaceful mind I would not recommend this service Pathetic !!
