My only nephew is also enrolled here and he always talks so positively about Phul, one of the educators there. It is really comforting to know that he enjoys going to the centre and feels happy, safe, and supported. Phul has clearly made a wonderful impression on him, and as a family member, that means a lot to us. Thank you, Phul, for your kindness, care, and the positive impact you have on the children.

Cuddles Carlisle was our son’s first Childcare. The staff here really helped our son with that transition. Maddi is always so helpful behind the front desk and our son loved Abegail and her team in the Hippo room and learnt so much. This Childcare also has a massive outdoor area with great cover and trees. Really sad to have moved out of the area and no longer have our son attend.

Highly reccomend this daycare the staff are excellent at their jobs. It was a big transition for my 2 year old but Anjalees smiling face each day and the team in the babies room helped make her feel happy and settled. My eldest skips into kindy room each day with a big welcome from Rayka, fun bus rides to school with Maddi and lots of afternoon play with Mandy. We couldnt be happier with the team and how they care for our kids 💞

Such a great centre! Everyone is so warm and kind, making sure both parents and kids feel safe. Fantastic flexibility especially for full time parents with changing needs. We love Miss Abi and Miss Mutya for their help with teary drop offs and naps. Thanks cuddles team!

During my WBT check at Carlisle Cuddle. Rekha was very helpful, supportive and approachable.Rekha demonstrated good communication skills with both staff and children and was willing to assist whenever needed.Her positive attitude, teamwork and dedication to supporting the children’s learning and wellbeing were clearly evident during the observation.

My son has been attending Cuddles Early Learning & Childcare Carlisle for the past 1.5 years, and from the very beginning we have been met with nothing but genuine love, kindness and care from every educator. There is such a warm, gentle and welcoming feeling throughout the centre that immediately puts both my son and myself at ease. My sons transition into the toddler room was made incredibly smooth thanks to the beautiful care and reassurance he received from his educators, especially Meher and Anjalee. They have taken the time to truly get to know him; his interests, personality and little quirks and always go out of their way to make him feel safe, supported and completely “at home”. What has meant the most to me as a parent is the genuine relationships they build with families. Meher and Anjalee always take the time to stop for a chat, ask about our family, share stories about Samuel’s day and make us feel so connected and cared for. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and that warmth shines through in every interaction. I truly couldn’t recommend them enough.
