We are so glad we found Busy Bees Panania. Even though we don’t live nearby and have several other daycares just a stone’s throw away, Busy Bees truly stood out from the beginning. You can tell that Rachel Wicke (the Director) and her team are genuinely passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about what they do. When my little one first started, I was naturally nervous and found myself calling often for updates and reassurance. Not once did the team make me feel like I was a burden — instead, they were always warm, understanding, and reassuring. They offered thoughtful advice when needed, and the quality of care they provided was evident. Every single pick-up, my little one was happy, settled, and in the best mood — which speaks volumes. We feel so grateful to have found such a nurturing and supportive environment for our child. Highly recommend to any family looking for care that truly feels like an extension of home. My son has attended busy bees for 2 months and while the educators were great I was a bit worried when more than 5 left in a 4 week period. Then today they tried to send an invoice for today a public holiday where they are not open and they have marked my son as absent. Well I am sorry this is just wrong on so many levels. Why do you think you can rort the government and parents for a day you are not open I understand you have to pay staff but this is a part of running a business. This is your cost not something you can pass onto parents and the government.

I highly recommend Busy Bees as a childcare center based on my exceptional experience with them. Their dedicated staff, nurturing environment, and focus on child development have made it a fantastic choice for my family.

Busy bees Panania has a child and family centred approach that you feel from the moment you step through the door. If it isn’t the friendly greeting you receive from Ms Sharon , the community Pantry/ wardrobe will make you feel truly welcome. The educators are nothing short of amazing and show extra care and thought for the children's well being and development.

My son attends Busy bees Panania and I can not recommend it highly enough. The staff are brilliant and consistent which was important for my nervous son to see the same educators week in week out. The curriculum is so impressive. The communication between the centre and the parents is fantastic, we’re always kept up to date on the kids day and the latest happenings within the centre. The centre is exceptionally clean and Very professionally run :)
