Could not recommend this daycare enough, they are absolutely fantastic and treat the children like their own. Jennifer is an amazing director & always make time for all the parents & children. Special mention to Miss Flora, Sarita & Lucy who are all amazing Educators!

Our boys attended Rise and Shine from 2020 until 2025, and we were so grateful to have such a supportive early childhood centre looking after them. They have such a fabulous team and it's clear that everyone is really invested in providing the best possible care and learning environment for the kids. Every issue that came up was dealt with promptly and professionally, with the kids' best interest the key priority. Thank you so much to the whole team, past and present, for looking after our boys so beautifully over the years.

We have been with this centre since my baby was 6 months old, and as a first-time mum I truly couldn’t be happier with my decision. It took almost two months for my baby to fully settle, and from day one the educators were incredibly supportive, patient and understanding. They guided me through every step of the transition and always offered helpful advice to make things easier for both me and my baby. The communication has been exceptional. I will never forget the day Sarita called me just 30 minutes after drop-off to let me know that although my baby was upset when her dad left, she was now happily playing. She said she knew I’d be worried and wanted to reassure me. That level of care means so much to a parent. My baby has truly found her safe place here. She absolutely loves her educators, Flora, Lucia, Lorellie, Sarita, Silvia, Norberta and all other educators in Nursery rooms. A huge shout-out to Jennifer (Center's Director) for managing the centre so beautifully. The whole Nursery Room 1 team has been wonderful. Their warmth and professionalism have helped my baby grow, learn and feel confident. She is now almost 11 months old, thriving, and genuinely happy to be there. I am deeply grateful for everything they have done for my sweet girl. Highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their little ones 💛

I am very disappointed with our recent experience at rise and shine Sylvania. We were upfront from the beginning about my son’s Autism diagnosis and were booked in for an orientation, expecting understanding and inclusion. Unfortunately, instead of supporting his needs as promised, the centre decided not to accept him purely because of his disability. This has not only caused stress for our family but goes against the values of inclusion and equal opportunity that every childcare service should stand for. I hope the centre reflects on how they treat children with additional needs and their families in the future .

Rise and Shine Sylvania is hands down the best ! They care so much and my children have so much fun with all the different learning experiences they offer . The food always smells amazing in the morning . My son even has a few tears when he leaves coz he has a great connection with the ladies in nursery. Thankyou so much

Rise and Shine Sylvania is absolutely amazing! We had a very bad experience with the first childcare we chose, and we were incredibly lucky to find a spot at Rise and Shine Sylvania, which has even won the "Exceeding National Standards" award—it must be good! After attending, my husband and I quickly realized that what truly makes this center special is the people and a director who genuinely cares. The attention to detail and the willingness to accommodate parents’ culture-oriented requests (like using chopsticks in Asian culture) amaze me every time! The educators even use chopsticks to feed my daughter so that she will open her mouth—such a thoughtful effort that shows how much they care. I definitely feel that my daughter is loved by all the educators. The center keeps me well-informed about every aspect of my daughter’s day—whether she ate, drank milk, or even accidentally bumped herself. Every step of the way, I’ve felt reassured. After just three months (attending two days a week), my daughter settled in so well that she now wants to go to childcare because of her favorite aunties! I also feel there is always an open-door policy where I can easily ask questions or address any concerns. The willingness of the center to cater to each child’s unique behavior is over the moon! For Christmas, the educators at Nursery 1 even made cute Christmas gifts for my daughter and let us take home all the "artwork" she had done throughout the year. Although transitioning to a different room can be challenging due to new educators, the center made the process incredibly smooth. They also took my feedback into account to ensure a consistent level of care as she moved from Nursery 1. I love the structured team leader approach in each room, having a direct number to call, and the updates with photos—it truly puts my mind at ease as a first-time mum. There’s also a monthly calendar of activities organized by the center, which makes it fun for both the children and the parents. I couldn't recommend this center more!

Most caring and loving educators ever! Lovely staff from educators to cook and kitchen hand! Very clean and super fun and educational. Our daughter S.G has improved so much in terms of language and skills since she started in February! Thank you team!

We are incredibly grateful to Rise and Shine Sylvania for taking such wonderful care of our daughter, YoYo, over the past two years. The love, patience, and dedication shown by the amazing team, especially Miss Taylor, Miss Anita, Miss Nikki, Miss Moschoula, and Miss Farzana, have been truly heartwarming. It’s comforting to know that YOYO has been in such a nurturing and supportive environment, and we’ve seen her grow and thrive thanks to the efforts of these exceptional educators. My son is about to start in Rise and Shine Sylvania on Monday and I had an amazing experience with the enrollment team and the director. Amazing customer service, specially from Sofia and Jen I can't thank them more.

I cannot speak highly enough of Rise and Shine Sylvania! The ladies are all absolutely amazing-each and everyone! We’ve since our girls started moved to Cronulla and are still more than happy to drive for our girls to attend here. Love them all x
