We’ve had such a positive experience with Buttercups Maddington since our daughter started. Starting daycare was a big transition for our family, but Ayesha, Juliana and Lovepreet in the Poppy Room have been absolutely wonderful with her. They’re so warm, caring and attentive, and we can genuinely see how comfortable she has become with them. She’s always happily sitting on one of their laps.<br><br>The team has also been really receptive to her individual medical plan and very attentive to her needs. We really appreciate how diligent they are with things like checking her temperature and keeping us updated, especially as first-time parents.<br><br>They’ve also been really flexible and accommodating with her routine. She often arrives later in the morning, and they’re always happy to make sure she gets something to eat if she’s missed a meal or snack. Those little things make a big difference and make us feel like they’re genuinely looking out for her rather than just following a set routine.<br><br>We really like the daily updates we receive and the curriculum they follow. There always seems to be something interesting happening for the kids, with different activities and things for them to explore. We particularly like that the Poppy Room has its own backyard area, as they’re still so little and it gives them their own space to play outside.<br><br>There’s also another educator (Welsh accent?) whose name I unfortunately don’t know, but my husband has mentioned a few times how attentive and thorough she is during drop-offs. You can really tell she has a lot of experience and is very observant with the children, which is lovely to see.<br><br>The centre itself always seems clean and well looked after, and there’s a good amount of parking, which makes drop-off and pick-up easier.<br><br>A special mention to Kelsey, the centre manager, who has always been incredibly responsive and thorough whenever we’ve had a question or concern. She’s quick to reply, takes things seriously and makes sure issues are properly addressed. We really appreciate that level of communication.<br><br>Overall, we’re really happy with Buttercups and feel very comfortable knowing our daughter is in such caring hands. There are so many lovely educators, students and staff who have made her transition into daycare a really positive one. We’re very grateful to the whole team ❤️

I was nervous to move my daughter to a new daycare as I was unsure on how she would adapt to the new environment, educators and children. As well as having a few bad experiences from her old daycare but since starting and enrolling her here, my whole experience was smooth! The amazing manager Kelsey was very understanding and great when it came to communicating. The educators are AMAZINGGGG!!! They greet the kids every morning with such warmth, and I can tell they’re very genuine since my daughter has stopped crying during drop off and actually excited to stay lol. The space is very clean and we’ve loved every part of it so far! :))))

At first, I was very hesitant about putting my child in daycare. As a mum, it was difficult leaving him somewhere new and trusting someone else to care for him.<br><br>He has only been attending for a few days, but so far, our experience has been really positive. The regular updates through the Xplor app have made me feel so much more at ease. Being able to see photos and updates throughout his day gives me reassurance that he is happy, safe and being well cared for.<br><br>I really appreciate the educators taking the time to keep us updated and making this new experience easier for both my little one and me. It’s still early days, but I’m already grateful for the care and kindness he has received.<br><br>Looking forward to seeing him settle in, grow and enjoy his time here. ❤️

The educators at Buttercups Maddington have been truly amazing since the day my son started. I was nervous after moving from interstate but they made him feel welcome and I could sense their genuine care from day one! From catering to his individual needs, tackling picky eating and his sleep schedules they have been nothing but the best so far. The centre is brand new either top class facility and plenty of space for those young ones to burn their energy. Highly recommend this service. Thank you to all the educators and also Kelsey the centre manager for being super heroes and looking after our kids with care and love.❤️

Buttercups Maddington have the most intuitive, responsive, empathetic and caring staff. I cannot recommend more highly. There is such attention to detail, so much thought and effort put into the activities. My daughter is in the younger group, and every time I go in there, if there is a crying baby or toddler, they are being held, if they need cuddles, they are being cuddled, they are always being played with or in close proximity to the educators. It is just so reassuring.<br>The bond between my girl and the educators is really beautiful. They genuinely want to know each child and help them feel safe and happy. They always check in with me in the morning to see how we are and update me at the end of the day.<br><br>Management run a tight ship. Kelsey is a brilliant manager, even helping me with reminders of public holidays and such.<br>The kitchen always smells amazing and the meals make me want to up my game 😆<br>Best daycare ever ❤️

My little one has just started attending Buttercups Maddington and I am beyond grateful to all of the wonderful staff that help look after my daughter. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and attentive, they provide plenty of updates of what my little one gets up to throughout the day, which puts my mind at ease. I highly recommend this centre.
