We’ve had such a wonderful experience at the centre. My kids have been attending for just over a month now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they’re receiving. As a first-time mum, the thought of leaving them with someone else was overwhelming, but the educators and the whole team have been so kind, welcoming, and reassuring from the very beginning. The environment is calm and relaxing, and most importantly, my kids really enjoy their time here. That gives me so much peace of mind. Very happy with the care they receive here.

Unfortunately, my experience with this childcare centre was very disappointing. I felt that my child’s emotional and developmental needs were not handled with enough care or understanding. My concerns as a parent were repeatedly raised, but I did not feel listened to or supported. Communication from management, particularly the area manager, was poor and often dismissive. Issues were escalated in a way that caused unnecessary stress instead of being managed professionally and with empathy. I expected a childcare environment that prioritises children’s wellbeing and works collaboratively with families. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage other parents to ask detailed questions and carefully consider their options before enrolling their child. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I am so glad that I choose Buttercups Maddington for my son to experience safe childcare in a warm, stimulating environment where he can explore, learn, and grow with confidence, supported by amazing, kind, and caring educators. My son is very happy there, thriving and form beautiful bonds with educators. The centre is in a good location, new, clean, lovely set up with many resources, with indoor and outdoor energetic play zones. I absolutely love Buttercups Maddington. The staff are all amazing with the children and the atmosphere is welcoming and perfect, I knew instantly my children would thrive here. My three year old hated going ‘school’ but since attending Buttercups, she’s looked forward to it water bottle & bag ready haha ❤️ I highly recommend.
