Im sorry I feel the need to share my experience and that it wasnt positive. I witnessed an educator bullying a child, after belittling him directly and indirectly. I witnessed an educator telling 2-3 years old "you're all RUDE, you're JUST RUDE" because they weren't listening to her. Educators seemed like they didn't want to be there. My daughter was in toilet training during her short period at this centre and no one knew if she'd actually used the toilet or not each day.. I witnessed babies and other young children crying without comfort on almost every occasion I attended the centre. Once I emailed to withdraw my daughter the owners daughter telephoned me and was very rude and basically telling me I am wrong that I dont think its the right fit for my daughter, and their penrith centres have long wait lists. I was not informed what measures were taken with the educator I reported to other staff, that management confirmed they were informed of. I have witnessed her entering the centre several times since I pulled my daughter out, not between my report and enrolment cessation though. During the tour I also witnessed a demonstration by an educator to the toddlers, educator didn't seem to have the basic skills or care to lift the object of the demonstration so that all children could observe it, even for a moment. My daughter expressed distress at the centre and outside of the centre during her time enrolled at the centre. Signs of concern I have not seen in her whilst attending other services. Read more

We couldn't be happier with Exploring Hub! The educators are incredibly caring, attentive, and truly child-centric in their approach. Our son absolutely loves his time there, and it’s clear that he is thriving in a nurturing and stimulating environment. The staff go above and beyond to ensure each child feels safe, supported, and engaged in meaningful learning experiences. The communication with parents is fantastic, and we always feel well-informed about our child's progress and daily activities. The centre is well-organised, clean, and full of enriching play-based learning opportunities. It’s reassuring to know that our child is in such a positive and professional environment every day. My son started school in kindergarten. He was having diffculties with attention and we decided to delay a year (a false start). We placed him in a pre school who eventually did not want him to be there. It was a very stressful thing and we were getting to a point where we thought one of us would possibly quit our job to look after him. We started him at exploring hub expecting the trend to continue but to exploring hubs credit, they turned this around for us. The team was very accommodating, gave my son time and within weeks we noticed his behaviour improve. He is now ready to start school next year and has drastically matured, socialises well and respects his teachers. Jenny has been a gem and Mrs Kelly and Mrs Terri are his favourite teachers. The people really make this place. We have tried 3 childcares in total in Glenmore park and this was our favourite. Highly recommend this centre and thank you so much for your support this year.
