1 Star – Deeply Disappointed After Years of Loyalty My son attended Wauchope Little Learners from 5 months old, 4 days a week,... 1 Star – Deeply Disappointed After Years of Loyalty My son attended Wauchope Little Learners from 5 months old, 4 days a week, and I can confidently say our experience ended in deep disappointment after almost 2 full years. Despite giving the centre countless opportunities to improve, the quality of care remained inconsistent and below acceptable standards. The constant turnover of staff left my child unsettled, and after all this time, he still didn’t feel comfortable there—a clear red flag for any parent. What’s worse is the unprofessional behaviour I experienced from management when I raised legitimate concerns. Instead of taking feedback on board, I was falsely accused and dismissed. As a paying parent voicing genuine concerns about my child’s wellbeing, I expected to be heard and respected—not blamed or disrespected. Looking back, I should have listened to the former staff members who warned me over a year ago to remove my son. Continuing with this centre was a mistake I won’t make again. If you value consistency, professionalism, and your child’s comfort and safety, I cannot recommend this centre. Read more
