My son absolutely loves his time at Perfect Beginnings Holland Park. It has been such a wonderful start for him. He never cries at drop-off and always has the biggest smile when I pick him up, which gives us so much reassurance as parents. Ms Mel was incredibly efficient and communicated clearly with us throughout the enrolment process, making everything very smooth. Ms Ella, Ms Anja, and Ms Caitlyn are all so kind and professional that my son loved them immediately when he joined. We previously met Mr Dan and Ms Dana at another centre when my older son attended, so we were very happy to see them again here. It’s wonderful to have such passionate and caring educators looking after the children!

I had the opportunity to do my placement at Perfect Beginnings Montessori Children's House Holland Park, and I am currently a Bachelor student. From the very beginning, the director Mel made the whole process easy, she is super friendly and helped me a lot to make sure everything were ready before I started. I really appreciated her support. During my placement, I had the opportunity to work in all the classrooms. Very quickly, I noticed that all the educators are amazing, they are passionate, caring, and dedicated. It is a wonderful place, the children feel safe, secure, and supported, and they learn every single day through meaningful activities, the chef cooks amazing fresh food every day, the families are friendly, and the staff and all the management team made me feel like part of the team from day one. I loved my experience so much and learned a lot during my time there. Perfect Beginnings Montessori Children's House Holland Park will always have a special place in my heart. I’m very grateful for my time working here and would like to sincerely thank all the amazing educators who give their best every day for the children and families. The team is hardworking, caring, and truly passionate about early childhood education. They deserve special recognition for their dedication and heart for this profession. To parents considering this centre, I would definitely encourage you to join. The educators genuinely care about the children’s wellbeing, learning, and development, and work hard to provide a safe and nurturing environment. The food is also excellent—well balanced and thoughtfully prepared throughout the day, thanks to Chef Priscila for her amazing work. I would like to give special mention to some outstanding educators: Dayne, the Bush Kindy leader and sports program facilitator, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. He always says hello and goodbye, keeps a cheerful spirit in the centre, and brings so much positivity every day. There is truly a reason he was Employee of the Year in 2025. Miss Noura is incredibly observant and patient, with a level of dedication that is rare to see. She plans meaningful activities and carefully documents each child’s progress through detailed written portfolios. Mr Jigme has a gentle, soft-spoken nature and a strong love for STEM. His science experiments during group time always feel like a magic show and truly capture the children’s interest. Miss Zainab brings a strong Montessori background and plays a key role in guiding children through Montessori principles with confidence and care. Miss Nicole also has impressive Montessori experience. She is highly organised and keeps the environment clean, tidy, and well prepared throughout the day. She even takes extra time after her shift to reset the shelves for the next day. Miss Ella in the babies’ room is organised, attentive, and consistent in following every child’s routine. She keeps the environment safe and memorises each baby’s needs by heart, which is essential for their growth and wellbeing. Miss Anja is one of the kindest, gentlest, and most compassionate people I have ever met. Her warmth and patience are always reflected in the way she cares for the children. Miss Caitlyn is my favourite—cheerful, bubbly, intelligent, and an incredible team player. She shines in every room she works in and is truly a valuable asset. She represents what a great educator should be in all aspects. For those thinking of applying, this is a great place to gain experience. However, I hope management continues to improve in supporting educators on the floor. Staff are expected to meet high demands, especially around ratios, but sometimes with limited opportunities and support. There is also pressure around avoiding overtime, even during very busy periods, which can add to staff stress. With stronger leadership support and more opportunities for staff development, this centre has the potential to be even better for both educators and families. Overall, I’m thankful for the experiences, relationships, and growth I gained here and wish the team continued success.

Since the first time we visited this beautiful center, we were blown away by the way each space within the center feels so inviting, calm, nurturing and positive. The beautiful, hard working and dedicated staff all make you feel welcome and greet you with a sincere smile and friendly, approachable attitude, from the moment you step through the door. The level of care, love, knowledge and professionalism is absolutely incredible and reassuring as a parent that your child will be provided with quality care, which afternoon pick ups and the happiness you see in your child, is the best proof you will have. Parents are regularly updated on children's progress, daily activities and there is a special sense of belonging and collaboration with families, helping to provide best possible care for each child. The center also has an amazing Bush Kindy and Sports program, including library visits to Marshal Road Primary School. The centers Montessori philosophy is greatly incorporated within the daily activities and in the overall approach to children's learning and development. While only been open for a little over a year, it is amazing to see that all of the hard work and dedication from all the staff to the wellbeing of each child, and overall quality of care has been recognised on a National level and has received an Exceeding rating! Whether you decide to enrol your child or become a member of the team, you can be sure that you will feel right at home and part of the beautiful family that this organisation is, from day one and discover many new beautiful friendships along the way. Holland park is full of positive and energetic educators who always do thier best to ensure the safety and well being of all children. Holland park offers many positive learning experiences such as a wonderful Montessori program, a brilliant bush kindy program and a wonderful sports program. Holland park also has an amaizng chef who cooks delicious and nutritious food. Would definitely recommend.

My child has been enrolled since the centre opened last year, and I have nothing but good things to say. The space is beautiful and well set up, the educators are caring, and there’s a great range of activities available. Children have the freedom to explore Montessori activities, play outdoors, and learn in a fun, interactive way. Every educator treats the children with kindness, and you can genuinely feel how happy they are to be there.

Unfortunately the centre has rapidly declined in quality since we first enrolled our children. There is no duty of care from the staff, they do not look after the kids properly. You will find them just standing around and sitting while the kids are on their own. Half the time I would come to pick up my child the staff wouldn’t even know where my child is. If the child is hungry they will refuse to give the child more food. The staff is more concerned about posting happy photos of the kids on the app and on facebook than they are about taking care of the kids. There are many problematic kids in this centre and the management refuses to employ additional support for these kids. Which means my child and other children whose parents I have spoken to have complained that it is always the same kids hitting, pushing and biting the other kids. During hot 38 degree summer days kids will be outside in the middle of the day instead of inside in aircon. The Montessori part of the day is only 1-2 hours in a day and not every day. And it really isn’t the genuine Montessori program anyway. But it seems in Australia anyone can just stick the name Montessori and charge the premium price. Many parents I spoke to do not want to speak out or complain and just leave which is why you will not find one negative review. Also, most of the reviews are by staff, some who don’t have their children in the centre. All you have to do is come to pick up your child early in the day and see what a mess the centre is. Complete mess. Would not recommend to anyone. Management keeps saying and advertising above ratios for staff to children ratios however this is not true, they have a lot of admin staff that do not look after kids full time. They also have a lot of floaters who are not placed in one room permanently so their ratios are just standard. Management refuses to give additional support to the staff. Staff turnover is high. There are a few excellent educators who are very hard working however they alone can only do so much if the rest of the staff are not doing their job. This is why the good, caring and hard working staff leave and new low quality staff come in all the time. And before management says they do not have anyone with my name in the centre, know that I have had to change my name to protect the privacy of my children.

We were so pleased with our daughter’s first day at this childcare centre. Drop‑off can be challenging, but the educator who greeted her was warm, patient, and helped her settle in quickly with an activity that made a big difference. Throughout the day we appreciated receiving updates through the app, and at pick‑up another team member took the time to share feedback about how her day went. She came home calm and happy, which really reflects the supportive, nurturing environment the whole team creates. We feel she is in a safe and caring place, and we’re very grateful for the effort the staff put in to make her first day such a success. Highly recommend!

The educators are professional and friendly who genuinely care about the children. They have programs such as Bush Kindy, Sports, Library visits, excursions and much more that allows children to explore and expand their interests.

From his first day, my son fell in love with the kindy room and his teachers, who are lovely, caring and proactive. He particularly loves bush kindy days and sports days - the sports teacher is wonderful. Mel the manager is so prompt to respond to any queries I have. The rooms are so clean and well set up.
