I highly recommend Fingerprints Family Daycare for vacation care. My son has been attending during the holidays, and we had such a positive experience. Educator Heidi was absolutely amazing with my son, who has ASD. She has such a natural, caring way with him and really took the time to understand his needs, helping him feel comfortable, included, and supported. It made such a difference knowing he was in such patient and capable hands. Each day he came home happy and excited, sharing stories about the activities he enjoyed. It was clear that a lot of thought went into creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for all the children. Communication was also fantastic, which gave me peace of mind throughout. It’s not always easy to find care that truly understands your child, but Fingerprints Family Daycare exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely send my son again and highly recommend them to other families, especially those looking for a supportive environment for children with additional needs.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Fingerprints Family Daycare. From the very beginning, the environment has been warm, welcoming, and full of care. My daughter absolutely loves attending and always comes home happy, confident, and excited to share what she’s done during the day. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she is in a safe, nurturing space where she is genuinely cared for and supported. Before starting here, mornings were really difficult—she would fight, kick, and scream about going. Now, she willingly gets up every morning excited for daycare, and it has made such a positive difference to our daily routine at home as well. The change has honestly been amazing to see. Heidi is an incredible educator—so attentive, patient, and engaging. She provides fun and educational activities that really help the children learn and grow, and you can truly see the passion and dedication she puts into her work. Fingerprints FDC was opened in April 2019, catering for infants from 6 weeks to kindy age. My vibe is Bonus Grandma, offering a service grounded in Attachment, Emotional Regulation, Connection and healthy boundaries. When children feel secure, loved and guided, learning occurs organically. My home in Everton Park is set on 1500 square metres, offering an indoor/outdoor experience, guided by children's interests, the group dynamic and my extensive experience as a SAHM mother to my four and now grandmother to five.
