I am a parent of two primary kids going to the before and after school care at Next Generation Kindergarten, I’m honestly so happy with the care they get. The educators are super caring and easy to talk to, and my kids really like them. They always come home happy, which says a lot. The homework help has been a lifesaver too – the staff actually sit with them and help them finish, so we’re not stressing about it at home. There’s a really nice balance of fun and learning, and I’ve noticed my kids becoming more confident and independent. Definitely recommend it to any parent who needs reliable care and a bit of extra support!

Teta Nada is absolutely amazing with the babies and toddlers – she’s so caring, gentle, and treats every child like her own. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my child is in such loving hands. The centre is always spotless thanks to the professional cleaners, which is something I really notice and appreciate every day. It feels so fresh, safe, and well looked after. I also love that the food provided is halal and healthy – it’s such an important factor for our family, and they do it so well. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a clean, caring, and trustworthy environment for their little ones!

As a parent of twins, I honestly couldn’t be happier with Next Generation Kindergarten. From day one, they made both of my kids feel comfortable, supported, and excited to come every day. Sarah is amazing, so professional but also very kind and easy to talk to. You can tell she really cares about every child and runs the centre so well. Everything is always organised, and I feel confident leaving my twins in her care. What I really love is how much the centre offers. They have long day care, OOSH, NDIS support, and tutoring, which makes life so much easier as a busy parent. They’re also great with children with special needs and really take the time to support every child individually. Being open 6 days a week and helping with CCS is a huge bonus too. It’s flexible and works perfectly for our family. I’m so grateful to have found this centre my twins are happy, learning, and always come home smiling 😊

My experience with this childcare centre was very disappointing. The staff lacked the professionalism, confidence, and experience to manage children’s behaviour in a supportive way. Instead of working with me to understand my son’s needs, they constantly called during my work hours demanding I pick him up, showing little flexibility or understanding for working parents. They did not provide the right support, resources, or strategies to help my son feel safe or included. When staff changes occurred, which clearly unsettled him, they failed to acknowledge the impact and instead claimed he was “the change.” They were also not supportive or facilitating his transition to school, and their response was to exclude him rather than help him adapt. In the end, they expelled a 4-year-old child, forcing him to attend another centre — where he has since excelled, settled beautifully, and no longer requires disruptive pick-up calls. The owner, Sarah, was unwelcoming and dismissive, which made communication even harder. I would not recommend this centre for families seeking a nurturing, understanding, and inclusive environment for their children.
