We have had a wonderful experience with the before and after school care program at Next Generation Kindergarten. It has been such a support for our family, knowing our children are in a safe, caring, and well-structured environment outside of school hours. The educators are incredibly attentive and welcoming, and they build strong relationships with the children. My kids genuinely enjoy their time there and always feel comfortable and included. One of the standout features is the homework support. The team takes the time to assist the children with their schoolwork, helping them stay on track while also building their confidence and independence. It has made a big difference for us at home. The program also offers a great balance of routine and fun activities, ensuring the children are both engaged and relaxed after a long school day. I highly recommend Next Generation Kindergarten’s before and after school care to any family looking for reliable, supportive, and high-quality care.

I couldn’t be happier with the vacation care program at Next Generation Kindergarten! My three children attended, and it was such a positive experience for all of them. The program was well-organised, engaging, and full of fun activities that kept the kids excited every single day. The excursions were definitely a highlight — they were not only fun but also safe and thoughtfully planned. My children came home each day full of stories and smiles. The bus service made everything so much easier for our family. It was reliable, convenient, and gave me peace of mind knowing my children were being transported safely by a caring and professional team. The educators were amazing — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made each child feel included and ensured everyone was having a great time. I highly recommend Next Generation Kindergarten’s vacation care program to any family looking for a safe, fun, and well-run holiday program. We will definitely be back!

My experience with this childcare centre was very disappointing. The staff lacked the professionalism, confidence, and experience to manage children’s behaviour in a supportive way. Instead of working with me to understand my son’s needs, they constantly called during my work hours demanding I pick him up, showing little flexibility or understanding for working parents. They did not provide the right support, resources, or strategies to help my son feel safe or included. When staff changes occurred, which clearly unsettled him, they failed to acknowledge the impact and instead claimed he was “the change.” They were also not supportive or facilitating his transition to school, and their response was to exclude him rather than help him adapt. In the end, they expelled a 4-year-old child, forcing him to attend another centre — where he has since excelled, settled beautifully, and no longer requires disruptive pick-up calls. The owner, Sarah, was unwelcoming and dismissive, which made communication even harder. I would not recommend this centre for families seeking a nurturing, understanding, and inclusive environment for their children.

I can’t speak highly enough about this childcare. The educators are absolutely wonderful so loving, patient, and transparent in everything they do. In a world where there’s so much uncertainty and fear for our kids, I feel complete peace of mind knowing mine are in such safe and caring hands. They treat my children with the same love, kindness, and patience that I would, and that makes all the difference. It’s amazing to have my child come home excited to share the things he’s learnt, to talk about how much he loves his friends and educators and best of all, that he actually wants to go to school ☺️☺️☺️. A big thank you to all the educators a Next Generation!!! 💕

The educators are so supportive, helpful, and genuinely caring. They always go above and beyond to make the children feel safe, valued, and loved. The environment is very clean, organised, and welcoming—full of happy faces and positive energy. It truly feels like a second home for the children. My daughter Aminah absolutely loves it here. She wakes up every morning saying, “I can’t wait for school!” which speaks volumes about how happy and comfortable she feels. The learning experiences are not only educational but also spontaneous and fun, encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and independence. I have been in this childcare since Aminah was 2 years old best 1 year I have Had experienced The educators focus on each child’s individual needs and strengths, supporting their growth in every way socially, emotionally, and physically. I’ve seen such amazing development in Aminah’s confidence, communication, and mobility since starting here. We are so grateful for the dedication, warmth, and passion the educators show every day.
