I recently toured the centre and was impressed by the calm, welcoming atmosphere. The educators were engaged, happy, and attentive, interacting warmly with the children throughout the rooms.<br><br>One of the main reasons I chose to enrol my girls was the additional educator in the rooms, who provides extra support to both the children and the educators. It was clear that this additional support helps create a calm environment where children receive the attention and care they need.<br><br>The educators and management are friendly, approachable, and maintain consistent communication, which gives me confidence and peace of mind. I’m so happy with my decision to enrol my girls and would highly recommend this centre to other parents looking for a supportive, caring, and nurturing environment for their children!

My little one absolutely loves going to childcare and settled into the toddler room so quickly, which made me feel so happy and reassured!<br><br>The educators are so caring, patient and genuinely passionate about what they do. I love seeing all the fun and creative activities they organise for the little ones. You can really see how much love and effort goes into making every child feel special, included and cared for.<br><br>The centre itself is lovely, clean and inviting, and the whole team is always so friendly and welcoming. The environment is always clean, safe, and filled with engaging, well-planned learning activities. Sadly, this is no longer the excellent childcare centre it once was. What used to be a warm, safe, child-orientated environment, in our experience has been replaced by poor communication, inconsistent supervision and many child safety incidents. Several incidents regarding our children left us concerned, and we did not feel our concerns were handled appropriately. I really hope this centre can turn it around and become the wonderful place it used to be. Child safety should always be top priority!

The changes since the new management team has taken over have been fantastic. There is such a positive feeling around the centre now, and you can really see the care, effort and attention being put into making it a great environment for both the children and families.<br><br>The new nursery lead has also been amazing. She is warm, caring and genuinely invested in the children, which gives us so much confidence knowing they are being looked after by someone who really cares.<br><br>We have been extremely impressed with the direction the centre is heading under the new team and couldn’t be happier with the improvements. Highly recommend!

In a meeting I had with the management with the centre I was told that the whole centre including my meeting was captured by cctv. When CCTV was requested as part of an investigation by VECRA the footage was unavailable for multiple incidents involving my child. They are also supposed to inform parents if your child is part of a VECRA investigation however they did not do this in my case.
