The educators and management are beyond amazing. My son has learnt alot since coming to the center. I can honestly say I feel he is in a safe and loving environment when I drop him off. A huge thank you to everyone at the center you guys are amazing.

My daughter has been attending the center since she was 1 year old. Today she is 3 and a half, she continues there and I can say that it was the best choice we’ve made. The care, attention and professionalism of every single educator makes a real difference in having the confidence to hand over our little treasure every day. We can't forget Amira, who is responsible for the children's meals, but the love and care she has for each of them makes her an indispensable part of the center. Dinusha (the director) is such a unique human being that we have no words to describe how much peace of mind she represents for us parents in any matter we need to discuss with her. We are grateful every day for the existence of places like The Y where children feel like they are their second home.

We love this centre! The educators are so kind and have built strong relationships with both my kids. As well as nurturing and caring, they provide interesting, creative and stimulating activities with great variety. The spaces are always clean, yet are filled with artwork, real world items for play and fun ideas. I particularly love the outdoor areas, where the kids learn about gardening and spend time playing and exploring. Highly recommend.

We have been part of the Y Westminster community for three wonderful years, and both of my children have flourished under the exceptional care provided by the Centre. Under the leadership of Dinusha (Centre Director), the level of dedication and commitment has been outstanding. Every activity is thoughtfully planned, ensuring the children remain engaged, happy, and continuously learning. The Centre chef (Almira) prepares incredibly nutritious and delicious meals, contributing to the children's overall well-being. The educators and Centre Director go above and beyond to support both the kids and their families, creating a warm and welcoming environment. Over the years, I have built wonderful relationships with the educators and staff, and I can confidently say that Y Westminster provides an incredible service. I highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing, enriching, and caring place for their children.

Being a first-time mum, I was really worried about daycare, but the team here have always made me feel heard and supported. I'm confident in the safe, diverse, and nurturing environment they've created. My two-year-old is happy and well-cared for!

Fantastic daycare, with educators who really care for the children. My son is very shy with new people and I was worried about him being without me but he adapted so quickly there and loved it. Great communication and staff who have been there for years so don’t have regular change in staff. Highly recommend!

My kids have both attended YMCA Westminster and we’ve had a great experience. My son was very introverted to begin with and the educators took extra care to make sure he was happy and settled whenever I needed to leave. They have also always respected my wishes when requested. Would recommend

Our positive experiences with YMCA Westminster began before our baby was even enrolled! We were looking for a ELC that can accommodate rotating attendance days as I work shift work. This is harder to find than you would think! But YMCA W has been so supportive of this. When we took the tour we were met by the centre Director, Clare. We were shown around not just the baby room, but the toddler and kindy rooms too, as well as introduced to every educator there. At other ELCs we were just shown the baby room, so Clare really made us feel that our daughter can grow up here long term. All of the educators in the baby room clearly love what they do; they are professional, caring, always smiling and provide well-thought-out activities for the children to engage in. But I have to make mention of one very special educator; Marion’s positivity and passion for teaching absolutely shine from her every time we see her. She seems to always be thinking of new activities to challenge the children and to ensure they enjoy their time there. Our daughter always comes home happy, and I truly love sending her there because I know she is having a wonderful time. For many parents, the transition to daycare can be an anxious one, but we have felt comfortable and relaxed about sending her to YMCA Westminster from day one. Thank you all!
