The school operates in an unprofessional manner, shifting the blame onto Centrelink for its own miscalculations. When we, as parents, questioned unreasonable deductions from our child’s tuition fees, we repeatedly sought to meet with the manager—who was never on-site—and when we finally did, we were merely told they would "look into it" and get back to us. We were informed that the tuition increase was due to a delay in our child’s vaccination, and that the overcharged amount would be refunded; yet, in the weeks that followed, the incorrect deductions continued. Furthermore, when we requested to adjust our child’s schedule—reducing daily attendance from 12 hours to 9 hours while increasing the number of days per week—the school agreed and confirmed the start date for this new 4-day-per-week arrangement. Despite this, after three consecutive weeks of incorrect charges, they suddenly claimed that the increase in the number of attendance days would not take effect until November. This is a display of unprofessionalism and inaccuracy, compounded by the school’s attempt to shift the blame elsewhere. I am extremely frustrated; we have followed all the correct procedures, yet the school has failed to take the necessary steps to rectify these erroneous charges.

The educators at this childcare centre are caring, supportive, and always create engaging activities for the children. My son 'Mivaan Aggarwal' was shy when he first started, but their patience and encouragement helped him settle in, build confidence, and feel comfortable at his own pace.

It’s wonderful to see how much he has grown. We appreciate the hard work and dedication of the Toddler 1 team in caring for and supporting the children’s development. A special shout-out to Bhawana, Sevcan, Anusha, Azzy, and especially Asema, whose name our daughter still happily mentions from her time in Nursery 2 and now in Toddler 1. ❤️

The recent management change seems like a positive start, and we hope to see continued improvements and progress moving forward. Thank you to the team for all your efforts!

Disappointing experience with the management team. Parent concerns and disputes were handled poorly, with little willingness to listen, communicate openly, or work towards a fair resolution. Families deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, and unfortunately that was not our experience.I would not send my child to a centre where parents are not respected. As our concerns remained unresolved, I felt compelled to escalate the matter to the Victorian childcare regulatory authority.Even after my child left the centre, my requests for a final statement and refund of the remaining credit were ignored. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely disappointing.

My daughter attended the centre since it’s first open in 2025 and there has been big improvements since then. Thanks Vanessa and Lauren for the positive changes :)
Toddler room educators; thank you for the hard work, love and effort everyone put in everyday, as well as care and nurture to the kiddies. And to Sev, my little girl loves you! Her face lights up when she hears going to “school” to see Sev x I’m so grateful for your love and care to little miss M!

Our son is in the Pre-Kinder room and the staff in there are excellent at what they do. He always comes home telling us about all the fun educational activities they do every day. He is learning something new every day. The centre management overall has always been really accommodating and helpful, as well as checking in with us to ensure they’re meeting our standards as parents. We also love that his room leaders are always asking for feedback and input to help further his learning goals! Our son loves coming to this centre more than he liked going to his other centre

Great program and great communication. The Kinder One room is always clean, tidy and welcoming, with lots of great resources and engaging experiences for the children. We are very happy with our child’s progress. Muskan and Shirley are doing an amazing job.
