I would love too thank Bernie and Chloe for their amazing work on taking care of my son, within weeks of my son being apart of Journey Early Learning he is reaching all of his milestones and completing all of his tasks. My son always comes home happy and has so much to show and tell me. I couldn't be any happier with the choice I have made for my son on taking him to this childcare, I would highly recommend as all the workers I have met so far have been friendly, kind and caring towards myself and my son. As a single mum being sceptical about certain childcare centres I can assure you that this is definitely the best one. My son loves it here and I can't wait for many more to come. Thankyou so much guys really apperciate all the hard work and efforts into my son.

This is the worst childcare experience I’ve ever had. The staff come across as unprofessional and uninterested, often looking like they don’t even want to be there. The manager is frequently outside smoking, which doesn’t give confidence in the level of supervision or leadership. The educators don’t meaningfully engage with the children, and there’s a clear lack of communication with parents. We received no photos or updates on Storypark, which is very disappointing and concerning. Overall, I would not recommend this centre.

Took my daughter out after a few month. Centre manager is never in the office, often too busy walking out to have a cigarette noticed by many parents not just myself. We asked if we could get more photos and even daily updates; it was as if they were too busy to do that. When there were so many educators: to student ratio… They don’t celebrate birthdays and dont make special occasions a big deal. Example Valentine’s Day and Chinese new year. The kids didn’t do any paintings etc. (compared to other childcare centres) When short staffed, they replace workers with a male educator from another Journey branch (after being told they DO NOT AND WILL NOT have male educators here). This male educator was left alone with a bunch of kids that morning when I dropped my daughter off. I instantly took her home. When raising the concern, was told by the centre manager that the “performance manager” made this mistake of replacing the temp worker and didn’t notify any parents…. Surely doubt that. Once I took my daughter out, chased up on the bond via email and a phone call. Was told I’d get a call back but never did. Also no email reply. (Because once again, Bernie is rarely in the office) at this point, I don’t give a shit about the bond. They can read this review

I am extremely disappointed and distressed by how my son was treated at this centre, particularly by an educator named Shea. My son only had a mild runny nose, yet just 30 minutes after drop-off Shea called and aggressively demanded I pick him up immediately, speaking as though he had a serious infectious illness. Despite explaining I was at work and needed time to arrange cover, she showed no understanding and continued pressuring me with repeated calls. When I arrived, I was shocked to find my child sleeping alone in a cot outside the centre, isolated from other children. Even after I asked to let him finish sleeping while I waited nearby, Shea woke him up and forced me to take him home. He was confused, distressed, and clearly upset. Shea then loudly instructed staff to disinfect everything my child had touched in front of other parent, which was humiliating and completely unprofessional. On another occasion, I witnessed children being made to eat crackers directly off a dirty floor, sharing food ,a serious hygiene concern. This centre lacks compassion, professionalism, and basic childcare standards. I strongly warn other parents to reconsider enrolling their children here. My children love this care, they feel comfortable and safe with the staff members. Always greeting and welcoming us with big smiles. 100% recommend this centre if you’re looking for a good place for your children to go to for day care.
