We have had a wonderful experience at One Step Up. All the teachers and staff have been amazing to our Sarah, and with us. I highly recommend other parents have their children attend One Step Up.

This is definately by far one of the very best daycare centres that we have been too as we have sent our both kids to,and we couldn't have asked for a better centre in every possible way!and i can honestly say this as we have been to a few other daycare centres before we found One Step up.My younger son is still at One Step up as my older son has now gone to big school.I can't praise this centre enough as my both boys have progressed so much in all the time that they have attended this wonderful centre and we could'nt have asked for a better centre!They come home singing the months of the year and days of the Week,and know all their alphabet and know how to count!The owner Sally is just so welcoming,and is truly and genuinely so nurturing and loving towards the kids as if they are her own.When we drop the kids there we know that they are totally in good hands.The centre is always kept clean and tidy each time we are there.The educators are all so lovely and welcoming with smiling faces. My younger sons educator Jenny is so good at her job,and is always openly communcating with both myself and my husband about my younger son on how he is going and on how his day was and we feel she is working with us every step of the way and appreciate this so much!Next year my younger son will be going to big school and i am already emotional because this is his last year at One Step up, and we are truly going to miss this beautiful centre,because it is very hard to find such a genuine,sincere and kind hearted owner like Sally and we are very blessed.I highly recommend this wonderful centre to anyone and guarantee they will be very very happy.

My child has been attending the centre since he was 8months old he is now 18months and I couldn't be more happier with the care the girls provide here. They are all so lovely , friendly and are so good with all the children. I know how hard it is for parents when they are trying to find a daycare that will suit them and there child but u will not regret enrolling your child into here. The centre is clean and tidy and they provide nappies and all meals which is great as trying to get out the door in the morning is hard enough with kids but knowing u don't have pack a lunchbox makes it so much easier. The centre is located on a quite street and has lots of parking. I highly recommend if your are looking for a long day care centre then One Step Up is where u want to be looking. I'm so grateful for all the girls there and the care they give my son makes me so happy knowing that when I drop him off he will have a great day there and when I pick him up he is always happy and smiling. Highly recommended :-)
