We couldn’t have made a better choice for our little one than Ms Tima’s Family Day Care!<br>Our little one attended Tima’s care for almost two years, and it was honestly one of the best decisions we ever made for him. He was always so happy and excited to go, and during his time there, he learned so much not just academically, but also developed wonderful emotional, social and communication skills.<br>Tima provides the most beautiful, warm, nurturing and welcoming environment. The love, attention and care she gives to every child are truly exceptional. Her energy, enthusiasm and passion are unmatched. No one can beat Tima when it comes to the love and dedication she puts into caring for little ones.<br>It is so reassuring as a parent to know your child is in such loving and capable hands. She is genuinely caring, patient and respectful towards every child, creating such a beautiful and welcoming environment where the children feel safe, valued and loved.<br><br>She has a wonderful way of teaching through play, making learning fun, engaging and enjoyable for the little ones. It's so lovely to see how much the children adore her and how excited they are to spend time with her.<br><br>It's clear that Pratima has a genuine passion for what she does, and the care and dedication she shows the children doesn't go unnoticed. My 2 year old attended Hugs ‘n’ Cuddles and he was absolutely thriving. Pratima encouraged him to become a lot more confident and focused on his strengths so that he could excel in areas where she saw an interest. I noted huge changes once my son started to attend Hugs ‘n’ Cuddles, he would come back home addressing the alphabet, counting numbers in general showing me all the learnings that his been grasping with Pratima. Apart from the educational side, Pratima took great care in understanding my son so that she knew his likes and dislikes, what worked for him and how to communicate with him effectively. Her communication skills were excellent, I was always updated thoroughly. It was always bought to my attention if there was a worry or concern. He was always treated with love, care, and compassion. Along with this my son absolutely LOVED going to Hugs ‘n’ Cuddles every day he would wake up asking if it was a school day and always said ‘I’m so excited’. I could leave my son there with zero worries as I knew he was receiving the highest quality of care. From my son attending a long daycare to Pratima’s I found a huge sense of relief. I Cannot recommend Hugs ‘n’ Cuddles enough 😊

Tima is an amazing educator. She is gentle and very caring. I'm very happy to send my daughter here. My daughter love her. I would recommend this centre to anyone looking for child care in the local area.
