My son has been attending Cool Frogs since 2024, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. After trying a few other local childcare centres that seemed more focused on appearances than the actual needs of the children, Cool Frogs was the best. It’s a child-led space that truly prioritises kids’ development and emotional wellbeing. Since starting, my son (who’s two) has grown so much in terms of his social and independence skills. He now comes home talking about his little friends, and it’s clear he’s made some lovely connections. He’s also really fond of a few of the educators and often brings them up at home, which is so reassuring as a parent. Cool Frogs has created a relaxed, nurturing environment where children are free to be themselves. I’d absolutely recommend it to any family looking for a quality, child-focused centre where their little one will be truly seen and supported. Read more

I have always loved this childcare, I toured so many with my first and I knew from the get go this would be... I have always loved this childcare, I toured so many with my first and I knew from the get go this would be the right fit. The staff are so friendly and caring, they have always taken my feedback on and with no hesitation. They are nurturing and thoughtful. The staff are consistent and low turnover, there’s never a face I don’t know. We walk in and are greeted by Michelle who know us by name, then any of the staff who walk by greet the children by name including the director! We recommend cool frogs to everyone who is looking for childcare! Read more

We have loved Cool Frogs since our sone started in the baby room 4 years ago. The staff are friendly, attentive and care... We have loved Cool Frogs since our sone started in the baby room 4 years ago. The staff are friendly, attentive and care about each child. The center is very child focused and the educators are committed and up to date with the EYLF, the learning activities are regularly changed and the rooms are always decorated with the children's work. The educators provide individualised care for all the children. Both of my children needed a little extra care and attention to feel safe and secure and it was always provided.
