Anita has been attending this daycare for the past year and a half, and we couldn’t be happier. She is always excited to go and comes home smiling every day. The educators are incredibly kind and caring, it truly feels like a big family. It’s a small-sized daycare, which is very beneficial as it allows for more individual attention and a close-knit environment. The team is very attentive to the children’s development and regularly seeks feedback from parents, which we really appreciate. It’s a beautiful multicultural team that has been working at the centre for many years, led by Natalie. The location is also fantastic, right at the entrance of a park surrounded by trees. We even chose to delay her start at the French school so she could spend one more year surrounded by this wonderful team. We highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a warm, caring, and supportive environment.

I couldn't recommend First Class more! Educators are warm, attentive and genuinely invested in the children. It has been a wonderful place for my daughter to play, learn and grow!

My son started here at 18 months and is now over 2. The staff are genuinely caring. Staff turnover seems non existent and the owner is very involved and personable. There are a small number of children in the centre and all the staff know all the children and families well which I love and appreciate. I highly recommend this centre as a mum and trained early childhood educator.

This daycare is nothing else than exceptional! Both of our girls went there, (one is still there for the moment) and we loved it so much that we delayed the start of the french school for our youngest for another year! 3 main points that makes it so different than other centres! 1: the staff: there isn't a big turn over. All staff have been here for many years. Nat the director is fantastic, and obviously recruits only the best people who matches with the philosophy of the centre. Amanda, Tulay, Vanessa, Eva and Natasha have been with our kids from day one and are still here today. They care so much for the kids and the parents! 2: The core value: it is all about community and acceptance. The kids learn different culture all the time and it really embrace all their personalities. They adapt to the need of each children and family and are always trying to collect feedback. Their focus on transparency with the parents is so reassuring and genuine. 3: A small centre: with a huge heart! We loved the fact that it isn't a factory. It is a small centre where everyone has a voice. The kids can enjoy gardening, excursion in the environmental park next door, visit to the neighbors etc... Because of the small size they can do so much! Parents can get involved too, coming to read in your language, presenting a special dish. Father's day, mother's day, Christmas and many more celebrations at the centre where everyone comes along. They have created a real community. Our little one is finishing up in July and no doubt it will be very hard to say goodbye! Well done to all the team.And for anyone reading this review, do not hesitate, this daycare is the best!

I can’t express just how wonderful this learning centre is. As a mother of a child with additional needs, I’m endlessly grateful to everyone who works there. The team are collaborative, knowledgeable, and highly qualified professionals with the biggest hearts — truly supportive and inclusive in every way. We also have external professionals who visit to support my son, and because they experience many different learning environments, their feedback means a lot. Every one of them has remarked on how exceptional this centre is — a place that blends a warm, homely atmosphere with a strong educational purpose. I couldn’t recommend it more warmly. My experience with First class learning has been an overwhelmingly positive one. My child has been so well looked after by the educators at this centre. In his short time there we have seen his confidence develop and it is obvious each of his educators have a warm and nurturing relationship with him. They also have amazing communication with families. It is so nice to follow along at home with what they are doing at childcare.
