From the moment we got to the door it was made clear they are full...I felt very unwelcome from the start witch made the hole tour point less and both my older children have been to good start in other areas and they were way more welcoming even though when I tried to put my middle child in, they were full we were happy to wait. It makes me sad that I don't want my 3rd generation to attend good start let alone be on your wait list.

We’re sorry to hear that your recent visit didn’t feel welcoming, especially given your past positive experiences with other Goodstart centres. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We understand how important it is to feel supported from the very first interaction. While our team did communicate that we are currently at full capacity, we also recognise how that message is delivered is just as important as the information itself. I am very grateful for all the wonderful and caring educators at Goodstart Goulburn. I currently have three kids attending, with one preparing for school next year. For my newest child, I had visited multiple daycares Ili both Goulburn and Canberra to ensure I could return to work and very few were comparable to Goodstart Goulburn with cleanliness, safe outdoor play areas, and responsiveness of the educators. It's very reassuring to know the kids are well looked after when you have to work 5 days a week.

My kids went their in 2015 found the staff rude judgmental and would and a bunch of bullies and would not recommend this to any body. And over priced for what it was I did. It get the service that was being paid for.
