Echoing all the other reviews here. They never call back or reply any messages. They just take your deposit money and run. It’s been ages for us too with them refusing to return any phonecalls. “Oh the person in charge is away”. Yeah sure, away 24/7 365 days a year. In my opinion there is something seriously wrong with their admin and the way their operations run is really poor

A former family of Creative play with an ongoing relationship who was on the waiting list and offered a position when there was availability. Always vigilant with communication along the way. Families always willing to wait and be patient for an exceeding Early learning service that has been a reputable service in Manningham area for over 18 years. My eldest daughter is 16 years old and still asks to drop in everytime we drive past. A waiting list for a parent of 3 children is always a good sign of a worthy environment to entrust with the care of your kids. Without hesitation i would highly recommend Creative Play.

Like everyone else who took a tour here, we put down the deposit money as they told us that there will be some spots available in the new year for our child’s age group. As the time grew near, we tried calling them several times to inquire about our position on the waitlist. Conveniently for them, the person in charge of the waitlist and admissions is always “on leave” every time you call. They never call you back even though they assure that the person in charge will be back “tomorrow” and that you will certainly receive a callback “tomorrow”. ‘Tomorrow’ never comes for them. In fact, I doubt this person exists. If they do exist, they are probably just chilling in Fiji year round using all of the money the parents have wasted on their waitlist deposit. You think this is an exaggeration? Well it isn’t because just take a look at all the other reviews for this place. I honestly shouldn’t have expected as much from these people seeing as that they couldn’t even be bothered to run their international greeting sign through a proper translator. There are words on their sign outside that they think means “hello” or “welcome” in other languages but actually means “hallucination”. Someone who doesn’t even put an ounce of effort into this basic thing that even a child could do is clearly not fit to run an educational institution. They look like they want to be inclusive and diverse but in reality they just want a diverse group of people take money from. To all of the parents out there who are trying to find a proper childcare, do yourself a favour and skip this place. Parents, ask yourself this: If they can’t even reply a phonecall or email from someone who donated them money, then what makes you think they will even call you if an incident happens to your child at the centre?

Waitlisted my child in early 2023, took a deposit from us and still waiting for a response or any contact nearly 3 years later.

This has been the best place for my daughter. She is happy, confident and loves coming here everyday. Odette, one of her educators is such a kind, patient and understanding person for a new mum. She helps me navigate through this journey. Creative play do things like music, language and sport even for the little ones. There is always something fun going on and they really support families. It’s such a great community.

MOST worst experience! !!!!!!!!! We had a tour in early Dec 2022 and was asked to pay for $60 for being on the waiting list. We were told after Christmas break the enrollment team will contact us about the vacancy for toddle room. So of course, we waited patiently for the phone calls to happen and no one called us at all. Then after Feb 2023 I called back the centre for a few times. Everytime I was asked to leave a voice mail and of course no one called me back at all even once! Until today March 2025, we have not received any update from email or phone call regarding the vacancy! What a feeling of disappointment and being cheated!!!!! not even worth for one star for the review!

After moving my twins through four childcare centers, I finally found the perfect place. The facility is spotless and designed with kids in mind. The caregivers are highly qualified, loving, and attentive, giving each child personalized care. The program balances learning and play, and I've seen amazing progress in my children's social and motor skills. Meals are healthy and well-balanced, and the staff keeps me informed daily about my children's activities and progress. I couldn't be happier with this decision! Big thank you to all of the educators and management.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Creative play ELC Doncaster! From the very first day, the staff has been incredibly warm, caring, and attentive to my daughter Liana. The environment is clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities that keep her excited to go every day. The teachers go above and beyond to provide individualized attention, and I’ve seen so much growth in her confidence and skills since she started. It’s clear they genuinely care about the children and their development. I feel completely at ease knowing she’s in such capable and loving hands.
