Great experience and professional staff 🙂

My almost 2 year old has been attending for a few months now. By far the very best daycare out the 4 he has been at. The cleanliness throughout the centre is astonishing, there is nothing more crazy than seeing an empty room because all the toys have disappeared for a deep clean. I can safely say this is a massive reason why my boy has not been sick, we also haven't had an incident report or the high amount of injuries and put that down to the large number of staff always giving their attention. The teachers and staff have also been very welcoming and Inclusive given that Jackson also has a foot condition which requires him to wear a brace. I felt at ease with the teachers desire to know as much as possible and how to help and sat down at first visit and took photos to write a play and chart. Overall, we are just so happy with the centre, care, kindness and attention displayed. Thank you guys 💕.

We have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Jungle Zoo Daycare. Since opening, I’ve had one child move through three different rooms, and my second child has progressed from the baby room right through to the kindy room. Across every stage, the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The staff are consistently nurturing, caring, and attentive. I’ve always felt confident leaving my girls in their care, knowing they are genuinely supported, encouraged, and loved. Communication is outstanding — we’re always kept informed and feel very connected to what’s happening day to day. The centre itself is always clean, welcoming, and well organised. A special mention to the director, Claire, whose door is always open. She is approachable, supportive, and more than happy to help with any questions — whether about parenting or anything else — which truly makes a difference. Most importantly, both of my girls absolutely love attending. We couldn’t fault Jungle Zoo Daycare and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a caring, well-run, and supportive early learning environment.

My children always have a wonderful time at Jungle Zoo. They love the educators and the staff were very supportive of their needs.
