Today was our last day at YMCA and if I could give more stars I would. My son has been there since he was 10 months and has grown at the centre all the way till the end of kindergarten. We will be forever grateful for our experience there. Stacey is an amazing leader who has such a strong team. Every staff member is warm, approachable and welcoming. Our boy was educated via their curriculum which was highly above standard while being supported and nurtured. He started during Covid which was hard enough but they supported us and our boy and continued to the whole time. His last two years in the kindergarten room with such an amazing team, Ms Nat, Ms Liz and Ms Tash has been such an incredible experience. Our boy has left confident and supported and ready to start school, something every parent could want for their child especially when making the choice for them to be in care. The whole time we have been listened too, any concerns listened too and support for any think we needed The procedures and polices that YMCA have in place leave us with no concerns for our child’s safety. I will forever be grateful and are extremely sad our time has come to an end.

(I couldn't do more than 5 stars, but this place definitely deserves a 10!) The management team have been so supportive from the day of enquiry and the staff have become extended family; sharing the little moments with my little one has been priceless. In his time here I've watched his confidence grow and his excitement to come has made drop offs a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a better place to care for my little one. We're truly going to miss them all at Moroak YMCA.

Every educator here is approachable, warm, and welcoming. My child actually asks to go to childcare — she loves her peers and educators so much. The team made the transition from her previous centre seamless and offered unconditional support throughout. It’s clear they truly care about each child’s happiness and development. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for my little one! Overall management should be so proud of how the centre and Toddlers room is. Such a standout across Clyde/Clyde North centres

The team always provide an exceptional learning environment for our two children, one pre-toddler and one in kindergarten. The educators are incredibly caring, dedicated, and treat each child as their own. The centre consistently exceeds expectations in terms of high standards, nurturing educators, development of social skills, and school readiness. The educators create engaging and educational experiences in a warm and welcoming environment. The centre's commitment to the development of each child is evident. Including thought out excursions - bush kinder, park visits. I highly recommend YMCA Moroak!!! Thank you team, we are so appreciative and grateful of you all and everything you do for our little ones.

We’re so happy with Moroak Cres YMCA. Our son has attended since he was 10 months old. He now attends full time and we are very happy with the care he receives. If we ever have questions, the team are very happy to chat and take on feedback, working with us to ensure everything is working well for us as a family. The StoryPark app they use is a great way to stay connected. The facilities are clean and safe, the food is AMAZING, the educators are all terrific, and there’s a true sense of community. We’re very grateful our son can attend this facility.

We toured the centre with Vicki and she has been a pleasure to engage with since we stepped foot in the door. The tour was thorough and the facility is kept in such great condition, not to mention the cleanliness and no shoe nursery!! Vicki has answered all our questions and although they’re fully booked at the moment, has been updating us as we’re currently on the wait list. Would highly recommend exploring YMCA Clyde North Moroak Crescent as an option for your child’s care.

Can not speak more highly of this centre. We have been at the centre nearly four years, both of my children love it so much. The kinder program is super engaging with lesson plans communicated regularly. The staff nurture the children, show interest in past students (like my son) it’s a family in its self. The food service is exceptional, so many cuisines from across the globe offered! Once you become part of the Moreoak family , you’ll never want your children to graduate!

I could not recommend this centre highly enough. My daughter has attended for the past 3 years since she was a bub. It is immediately evident that the staff share a passion for caring for children and build genuine connections with those they care for. The facilities are amazing, always well kept with a great variety of equipment and resources Stacey and Vikki (management) are so approachable and always friendly If you are lucky enough to secure a spot I have no doubt you will love YMCA Moroak too!

My son attends this center for 5 months now and we are happy with all support that management and educators provide. Vicki and Stacey always have a smiling face and ready to help.
