I must say current management team, in particular Chintan is very professional, well organised and I am very happy with the care provided in the baby room, the staff communicate well, they are very attuned to the needs of the children, I feel very comfortable and trust in the care this service provides my child. I have to say the chef also is cooking the most amazing fresh and tasty meals for the children, lots of healthy variety. Well done Busy Bees Noarlunga 💚

Busy Bees Noarlunga has been a wonderful experience for us. Chintan has been fantastic—always approachable and ready to offer assistance whenever needed, which gives us great peace of mind. The educators are equally amazing, creating a warm and supportive environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves. It’s lovely to see the kids building friendships and becoming part of such a positive and caring community.

I couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre. Everything is very well organised, and the facilities are always clean, safe, and perfectly suited for each stage of a baby’s development. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. They put a lot of effort into planning and carrying out a variety of activities that not only help with the children’s development but also make their time there fun and engaging. From my personal experience, I truly feel that my baby is in very good hands. Gigi and the rest of the team go above and beyond—they don’t treat this as just a job. They are genuinely caring, loving, and attentive to each child’s needs. I’m so happy with my choice and would highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a nurturing and professional environment for their little one.

The staff at Busy Bees Noarlunga are fantastic and supportive. Jess, Gigi, Irish and Amy are all great educators. Can't recommend more.

A very safe and friendly environment

Everyone is so lovely and caring, all the educators are amazing at what they do!

Both my boys have spent time at busy bees. When my elder one first started, it was a complete nightmare. He’d stay hungry all day and would cry for hours after coming home. The manager Sharon was uncooperative and rude. The staff turnover was high and there was a new face every week. The first time I met Sharon she told me the other childcare my son went to spoilt me only because I asked if they did casual bookings. The orientation was done by Amy who apparently is the lead educator but gave me all the wrong information. As for the payments, Sharon NEVER mentioned about extra charges if you send the child 5 days a week even when I asked her multiple times and had no explanation whatsoever when I told her I was completely NEW to this as my child attended occasional care prior to this. I am glad she doesn’t work with busy bees noarlunga anymore and that my children have great educators now but I am still unsatisfied about the fact that they have no proper complaint management system and the only option to have a say was to put that in feedback form when it was automatically sent to me after a month of my son’s enrolment. Busy bees has been helpful towards my children’s upbringing and development but it hasn’t helped me as a parent at all when it comes to dealing with attitude and payments issues relating to the service which has been a fight always. They charged me an extra fee of $8.80 when I had already cleared all the dues the day before and wouldn’t refund it because of their failed methods. If I ever had better options or vacancies in the area I would have never enrolled or let my children stay with busy bees. Now I understand why every person I mentioned busy bees had so much to say about.
