Consistent nepotism regarding waitlists for childcare, bumping those who desperately need it back, favouring family and friends.

Wow! I cannot recommend this centre enough. It is a step above the rest. Making the decision to return to work after 18months was big for us and the one thing I would not compromise on is quality of care for my children. I looked at nearly every centre but finding this loving and nurturing centre allowed me to return to work knowing my kids are in the very best place. As soon as I walked in and met Cathie, Tim and the staff I knew 'it just felt right'. The owners/managers strive to create the best place for the children. The staff are absolutely wonderful, engaging, respectful, caring and nurturing. It's the seemingly little things like the time spent with each child to support and build relationships and special extra 1:1 time to support transitions if needed that make the biggest difference. The rooms and play spaces are organised in a way that allows for different children to enjoy different activities without being cluttered or overwhelmed. And the resources are quality plus! Lots of outdoor space where my kids love to explore, grow and create. I love that the centre is not huge and that the staff really know you and your children personally. When people ask where my kids are in care, I cannot be prouder to say they are at the little one in Eastwood.

The amazing personalised and individual care they have given our family and son is heartfelt and inspirational. They provide so much support and care during his developmental challenges, and he is now aspiring to new skills that will now prepare him for school.

I cannot speak highly enough of Eastwood Early Learning Centre. The management and staff are welcoming, enthusiastic and most importantly all about the kids. I was originally nervous about returning to work and leaving my 3 month old and 2 year old in the care of others, after finding this centre my worries were put at ease and quickly gone! My two year old runs in the door everyday excited to attend and my 3 month old is now 10 months old and his face lights up every morning he sees his educators. I receive emails daily with photos of the kids and a description of what activities they have experienced. So greatful I found this gem!

We love the inspiring play spaces and enthusiastic and supportive Educators. We were warmly welcomed from the very beginning and my children absolutely love the outdoor veggie gardens. Amazing!!!
