Really disappointing experience today. We stopped by this newly opened centre hoping to have a look around, as we're currently looking for full-time childcare.<br><br>We understand we arrived without an appointment, however we were told by the Centre Manager that she was about to go on her lunch break and that we'd need to arrange another time. We explained that getting there during the day is difficult because of our work commitments, but unfortunately there seemed to be no interest in trying to help us today or find a way to accommodate us.<br><br>For a brand-new centre, I would have thought welcoming and engaging with prospective new families would be incredibly important. We weren't even asked what care we were looking for, which was disappointing considering we were looking for a full-time place.<br><br>The centre itself looked lovely from what we could see, which makes the experience even more disappointing. First impressions matter enormously when you're choosing somewhere to care for your child, and unfortunately ours wasn't a good one.

My 20-month-old absolutely loves his time at Buttercups Baldivis and genuinely enjoys every moment of his play and learning experiences.<br><br>The care provided by the educators has been exceptional. They are incredibly patient, kind, attentive, and caring towards all the children, creating such a warm and positive environment.<br><br>I am truly grateful to all the wonderful staff at Buttercups Baldivis. Their genuine passion and dedication to what they do is evident in the way they care for the children every day. They not only create a positive and nurturing experience for the little ones, but also provide parents with a great sense of comfort and confidence.<br><br>A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for everything you do. We are very grateful to have such caring educators looking after our little one.

Simply superb !!!<br>My toddler just love his time in this daycare. We moved from Stride Belmont to having our own house in Baldivis. We thought it'd be a bit difficult for our boy to find and make new friends however with Buttercups Baldivis, it was easier than ever. The educators are warm, full of compassion and energy. Overall place has very good vibe to make you feel inclusive.<br>It's been 2 weeks and our boy has found his place already and looking forward to it.<br>Thank you Buttercups Baldivis !!!<br>Suhel

Buttercups in Baldivis has been incredible with our very clingy daughter who did not respond well or settle at all with her previous daycare. The ladies have been so patient and kind and took the time to learn her likes and dislikes and she is so excited to go to daycare now.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Buttercups Baldivis. The staff have been amazing in supporting my son’s transition from being home with mum to becoming more independent before starting school next year. The girls are so caring and supportive of the children, which has made the transition smooth and comfortable for both him and our family. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about the children and works closely with families to help everyone feel supported. I highly recommend Buttercups Baldivis to any family looking for a centre with a warm, supportive, and caring team.

My 10 month old started here a few weeks ago and it has been a great choice for her. The girls are all lovely and very open with communication. My daughter gets dropped of with smiles and picked up with even bigger grins. The updates show so many engaging activities and stimulating moments for her through the day.

My child absolutely loves going here. The educators always go above and beyond. My child especially talks about ms hazel quite a bit. They are the only daycare centre which I truely felt my son was getting the right amount of care such as creativity and love. We don’t see that much curriculum based care at any other centres. My baby boy also who attends the centre literally kicks his little legs in excitement when he attends and sees his favourite educators. Also the centre has an amazing director. Could not recommend them enough 😊

Beautiful venue and facilities, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Daily memories and learning experiences created for my boy. (He asks to go to daycare every morning!!)
