Based on our experience with Edge Montrose over the past year, I cannot recommend this centre.

The service and overall management were extremely disappointing. I was particularly concerned by what appeared to be a lack of understanding around basic requirements, including staff-to-child ratios, first aid and food safety. There also seemed to be significant inconsistency in how policies and procedures were followed, with staff appearing to make up their own rules rather than following clear, compliant processes.

Communication was often rude and unprofessional, which made an already frustrating experience even worse. Overall, I had very little confidence in the leadership or the way the centre was being managed.

I would strongly encourage parents to do their own research and ask detailed questions about the centre’s policies, compliance and management before enrolling their child.

My daughter has learned so much in such a short time — I’m very impressed with the education she has received from Edge Early Learning. I highly recommend Edge Early Learning not just as a place that cares for your children, but as an environment that helps them grow and thrive. Thank you to all the team at EEL Munno Para West.

We are very happy with this childcare centre and truly appreciate the wonderful team of educators. The teachers have always been incredibly supportive and caring, especially while helping my daughter settle in and adjust to daycare. Their patience and kindness made the transition so much easier for both of us. In the mornings, when I am rushing to work, they always gently take her, comfort her, and distract her so I can leave calmly and with peace of mind. That support means so much to me as a parent. The environment is warm, welcoming, and professional. I am very grateful for the care and attention they give every day. Highly recommended!

Despite a resettling of staff the centre made a priority of supporting the children and they have done a wonderful job with my child

I am so grateful to the staff here as I have a non verbal autistic child and they have been so patient and helpful as he learns and adapts at his own pace.

I can not rate this daycare enough , as a first time mum I was so worried leaving my son to go back to work. But the educators were fantastic letting me call just to check up on him at first now I don’t bother I know he is in good hands , they always let me know if there are any concerns I need to know and my son was a little late bloomer with the walking and with there help he is now walking and thriving most days he doesn’t want to come home haha , I recommend this daycare to everyone , and the staff are so friendly they are basically family now , our son always looks forward to going. Keep up the great work everyone you all deserve medals for what you do.

The people now working at Edge Munno Para are absolutely amazing. They put an anxious mum at ease with her four month old joining daycare so early. Absolutely lovely people throughout. From working at the front desk, the baby room, the preschool room and the kitchen! I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you all!

All the staff were perfectly lovely there but unfortunately the quality of care is just not where it should be. My son came home filthy everytime he went, food covering his face and outfit (he had mutliple spares and bibs in his bag for them to use). For the hours he was there he did not receive the correct amount of bottles as I had told them he recieves them every 3 hours, this happened on numerous occasions. All of his things are clearly labeled, yet we had a bottle go missing and never found. We also found his dummy in another kids container. Just in general the baby room doesnt appear very clean and after visiting another centre for comparison it validated my feelings that we could certainly find better childcare elsewhere.

My son has thived being at this center. He really enjoys his time at daycare

Thee staff are friendly, professional accommodating. My son started there at 8months he is 14months now he loves it there the educators are kind and person centred and try to stick to his home routine as well. They keep me informed of any issues and progress within a timely manner.
