The educators are worth their weight in gold. They made our 6 month olds transition to full time care effortless. They welcomed her with open arms, include her in all of the activities, each built a beautiful relationship with her which makes drop off that much easier.

My son attends this centre and I could not be happy with the care provided. The support they give him with his additional needs is amazing and they have helped him grow far better than previous centres he has been at. I am proud to say he goes to Montessori academy Newcastle and would recommend this to anyone who was looking for a place where their children feel safe and a home away from home.

Great center Awesome staff always greeted with a smile could not recommend this facility enough. Educator's that care and go above and beyond. Out of all the centres my children have seen and been to this is by far the safest and cleanest one around.

Been with Montessori Academy Newcastle since our son was a baby - he’s in preschool now and loving it. The educators here do a fantastic job. They’ve helped him become more confident and independent, which has been great to see. The Montessori approach really seems to work - he’s picking up new skills all the time and actually enjoys learning. Safe environment, good facilities, and the staff know what they’re doing. Our child has been here from 6mo through 4.5 years. The staff are stable and in fact a few educators have been with her all the way through, the management team are organized and diligent, the centre is safe. We like the education philosophy of Montessori.

We enrolled our son at Montessori Academy Newcastle when he was just a baby, and he’s now in preschool - over three and a half years later, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The educators genuinely care about the children and it shows in everything they do. Our son has thrived in their care, and we’ve watched him grow so much during his time there. From the nurturing environment in the babies room to the engaging preschool program, the transition has been seamless. As working parents, it’s such a relief to know our son is in wonderful hands. The team keeps us updated on his day, and he’s always excited to go in the mornings, which says everything really. My 2+1/2 year old daughter has been attending this centre since she was 7 months old and she absolutely loves it! The Educators are all so lovely and always make our family feel welcome, I love how they really go out of their way to build a special bond with the children. My daughter has really excelled with her language and fine motor skills and is so independent. Miss Vicki, the Centre Manager is just wonderful and does an amazing job at keeping the centre organised and always keeps up parents up to date! The location is so helpful, it gives me a chance to do my groceries before school pick up.

We have had experience with a few different daycare providers- and we are totally impressed by Montessori Academy Newcastle! What we loved about the centre- their systems are incredibly well managed, and all the staff are incredible! The centre itself is absolutely beautiful. And both our children have just thrived with the Montessori methodology, and love the play based activities after the work cycle. We love the centre's location too! At previous centres- the outdoor play area was compromised by weather, bushfire smoke, wind etc. which meant they were in the classroom all day. We don't have this problem with the "outdoor" play area at Montessori- and the children are loving the excursions to the community and to the park weekly when the weather is nice. I'd like to add that the fresh air louvres at the top are great!!! At other daycare centres we have attended, we had issues with walkers by and cigarette smoke, car pollution constantly near the outdoor play area. I love the fact that the outdoor play area is massively spacious, the temperature is always perfect for play, there's lots of greenery, fruit trees, herb garden etc, and sunshine, and non of the pollutants for my baby and toddler to inhale! The classrooms are beautifully organic looking and the wooden materials, tables & storage make it aesthetically pleasing to both children and parents in the room. I've noticed an incredible increase in my children's independant skills and willingness to engage with their Montessori materials at home. Lots of puzzles and practical exercises. The baby room is beautiful, spacious, safe & I get zero guilt leaving my little one behind and I have such a great relationship with the educators and director- and leaving them in such a beautiful environment certainly makes it so much easier.
