The educators are lovely and seem very passionate about their roles. The facility is very clean and updates parents as soon as there is any sign of infectious disease. I've found everyone to be very helpful and adaptable with specific requests for my child. Additionally, recent news has brought child safety into the spotlight and I feel that Journey takes safety very seriously and the safety policies and procedures are up to standard. I also find that the visibility of rooms and change facilities helps to hold educators accountable for safety. Since starting at Journey, my child has notably become more confident in himself and he has learned a lot!
