We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Woodlands childcare centre in Boronia. The team are incredibly attentive and genuinely care about each child’s wellbeing and development. It’s clear that they take the time to understand every child’s individual needs, which gives us great peace of mind. Communication has also been outstanding. The staff are always responsive, approachable, and happy to provide updates or address any concerns. It really feels like a partnership, and we’ve always felt supported as parents. Most importantly, our child feels safe, happy, and excited to attend each day, which says everything. We’re very grateful for the care and dedication shown by the entire team and would highly recommend this centre to any family.

Worst day care ever! They do not know how to run a day care what so ever. They were terrible with my child. To the point he is traumatised by the place. Do not call you when they can’t get your child to calm down. All they want is your money, trying to rip people off. Try exit ur kid and they say u have to pay for another 4weeks when ur kid has only been 3days. Worst day care ever then Sophie leaves doesn’t tell anyone and some Jane lady comes in that knows nothing has never met ur kid n trying to tell you what to do. Would not recommend this day care to anyone!

As a first-time parent, this has been a great childcare experience. The educators are professional, caring, and attentive, and the management team is organised, approachable, and supportive. Communication has been clear, and the environment is safe and welcoming. Thank you to the educators for making this a nice experience. I’m very happy with the care provided and would recommend this centre to other parents.

This has to be the worst childcare centre I have come across. All the educators are beautiful and show so much love and care to the children and families. And the onsite chef cooks amazing nutritious and yummy looking meals. The current management is awful, the lack of communication is so bad, and not sure who is actually manager of the service. There is no quality care and it really is about the $$$

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Woodlands. Leaving my child in someone else's care was a huge decision, but from the moment we toured this facility, we knew we were in the right place. The staff are truly the heart of this center. The staff have gone above and beyond to make our child feel safe, loved, and seen. Since starting here, we have seen a massive leap in our child’s development. We love the daily updates we receive through the app. The center is always spotless, bright, and filled with engaging, age-appropriate activities. We also really appreciate the focus on the things that interest my child. If you are looking for a childcare center that prioritizes safety, education, and genuine emotional connection then look at Woodlands. We feel so lucky to be part of this community.

We really wanted to love Woodlands Boronia. The building is beautiful, the in-house chef is great, and the educators are lovely. Unfortunately, the management is chaotic and unprofessional. From being locked out on our very first day to having our financial statements stop abruptly, management was impossible to deal with. The front desk is rarely manned, and the phone is never answered. It took us over three weeks of chasing just to get a medical form provided to us, which is a safety concern. When we raised concerns about bullying, it wasn't handled well by management. Even trying to leave the centre was difficult. We had to chase them across email, phone, and the app just to terminate our enrolment. Until the management issues are fixed, I cannot recommend this place.

My daughter is coming home happy every day so that works for me. Lovely interactions with the staff every time too
