My family has had not a great experience with the centre, our son was not supported and there was no inclusion put in... My family has had not a great experience with the centre, our son was not supported and there was no inclusion put in place for him. My son was labelled naughty by multiple staff members verbally to myself throughout his time at Wonderschool Monash. Two educators informed me my child was involved in a serious incident with an educator which the centre manager viewed the footage and believed it wasn’t what was witnessed. Which I was never informed at the time. This still doesn’t sit right with me. Yet I am unable to do anything as the footage is gone and I have to go off management’s opinion. The turnover of staff was hard on him and didn’t help him with his belonging in the centre where he felt uncomfortable with staff as there was always to many changes and casuals. When we got his midterm summative assessment report which outlined his learning it was a copy and paste from another child where the pronoun said her instead of him and from reading it felt like it wasn’t personalised to my son. The communication from staff to Families was very poor and misleading. Unfortunately, I do not recommend sending your children to Wonderschool Monash. Read more

Over the past three years, this place has become so much more than just a childcare centre, it’s been a second home for our daughter and a place where she has grown, learned, and thrived. The love, care, and dedication shown by the staff have given her a strong foundation, not just academically but emotionally and socially as well. We are especially grateful to Sam (we’re so sad to see you go!), Ash, Kate, and Ken your kindness, support, and nurturing presence have meant the world to our family. Thank you for creating such a warm and safe environment where our daughter felt seen, valued, and encouraged every single day. Wonderschool has truly been a wonderful start to her education, and we will always look back on these years with gratitude and fond memories. Thank you all for everything you do. I adore this center where my two boys are enrolled. The staff go beyond expectations to support both of my children, each facing... I adore this center where my two boys are enrolled. The staff go beyond expectations to support both of my children, each facing their own challenges. The environment is clean and inviting. Sam, the director, communicates clearly and ensures my sons' needs are met by implementing innovative solutions. As for the educators they consistently go above and beyond, knowing how to calm and keep my boys stimulated through educational play. Read more
