I’ve been really happy with Bankstown ELC. The centre is always clean and well looked after, and the staff are kind, supportive, and easy to talk to. They genuinely care about the children’s wellbeing and create a calm and positive environment every day.

Unfortunately, our experience with this daycare was very disappointing. My nephew became infected with a virus due to the lack of proper hygiene and cleanliness in the facility. A daycare should provide a safe and clean environment for children, but the level of sanitation was clearly neglected.

I strongly advise parents to reconsider enrolling their children at this centre. My son has repeatedly become unwell, which I believe is linked to the unhygienic environment. He has suffered from infections multiple times. On several occasions, I noticed mud, sand, and dirt in his hair, on his face, and even in his water bottle. I raised these concerns with the staff multiple times and requested better hygiene practices, but unfortunately, I did not see any improvement or response. Recently, my son had to be admitted to the emergency department, which I believe is related to the poor cleanliness standards at the centre. Based on my experience at Bankstown ELC, I would urge other parents to be very cautious before enrolling their children. I feel the environment is not maintained at an acceptable standard.

I’m happy with this childcare. The staff are kind and professional. They support Arabic language skills and allow the kids to engage with simple Quran learning in a very positive way. My daughters enjoy the interactive activities, the creative play, and the warm environment. Highly recommended.

I’m very satisfied with the ELC. The childcare services are excellent, the staff are friendly, caring, and professional. They provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. My child is always happy and excited to go. I truly appreciate the team’s efforts and dedication. Bankstown ELC team were warm, professional and caring towards children and parents. Programs are well structured with arabic learning and center is always clean and tidy. My son wants to go to child care even on saturday and sunday as that much care he gets there. Highly recommended😇
