We have been here for years and I really can say we are so happy with everything. The staff were caring, friendly and happy faces everytime we drop our kids. They do excursions for the kids. The kids learn from these too. They update us with how are kids are. We have records of what's happening and that's important for us. My kids are happy to see the staff in there and I believe that's an indicator that they feel safe and happy in there too.

This review is likely to be removed as Bambini has a good habit of removing negative reviews. However I cannot recommend staying as far away from this centre as possible. Not only were children physically abused at this centre, but they will literally hold your bond as random and deny ever receiving it when you decide to leave. And better yet, they’re asking people to leave a google review for a chance to win $300! I hope I win.

My Children were well looked after for the short time we were there. Educators were kind and helpful.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Bambini Early Learning Officer. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by warm and caring educators and a genuinely supportive Director. The team truly goes above and beyond to make each child feel safe, nurtured, and seen. The centre follows a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, which shines through in the thoughtful, child-led learning and beautifully structured daily activities. With a small capacity of just 12 children, the environment feels intimate and personal — a perfect setting for little ones to thrive. The rooms are calm, well-organised, and designed to foster a strong sense of security and belonging. The shared outdoor play space is a standout — it’s not only beautifully laid out but also encourages exploration, creativity, and connection between the children. We’re so grateful to have found such a special place where our child is genuinely excited to go each day. Bambini Officer is a hidden gem.

The best in the Officer area. Nicole and Heather (centre managers) are the best of the best and our coordinator Codie for the 1-2 year old group is very professional, educated and loved by all the kids. I can’t recommend this childcare highly enough.

Three months ago, we enrolled our baby at Bambini Bayview Early Learning centre Officer. The staff are absolutely fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Each one of them has great rapport with us, and they provide constant feedback about how our little one is going throughout the day. The food must be brilliant because our baby eats it all (I get a bit jealous when I see what's been on the menu for the day!) The centre is very new and all the rooms are kept clean and tidy. You can tell all the educators take pride in their work and the kids love them. We highly recommend this centre. Thank you to all the staff at Bambini Bayview for all that you do!
