Wonderful, caring space offering quality care. The Educators and Facilities are amazing, and my child absolutely loves attending each week

Fantastic place- the environment is light and airy, filled with lots of options for different play types and interests. The outside space is huge and lots of natural play options. The staff are all delightful and caring. They take notice of the little things and are very warm and kind.

Really pleased with this centre, they have caring regular staff as well as lovely indoor and outdoor facilities. My daughter is very comfortable attending, always happy and playing at drop off and pick up. Recommend to anyone needing a shorter day of care.

Not the best experience as parents. It is always understood educators are there to put their best foot forward and follow protocol of the childcare in looking after your little ones. My daughter was there for 3 terms and it was visable the enjoyment level of attending childcare compared to 3 year kinder is very different. What was not expected is an altercation with the director and my wife quesitoning the way my daughter was raised, to an extent of asking if we ever say 'no' to our child. A heated exchange with no accountability prompted us to make a decision to take a break from the childcare, to which I accidently said i would like to withdraw my daughter for the rest of the term. As fees are paid in advance, I was thrown by laws and declarations that I signed immediatley. It is much more important to this playcenter that you as parents follow all checked disclaimers and have fees paid for the commerical benefits of the operation. There was an intent post the altercation to attend the last 2 weeks of the term but unfortunately due to illness this was not possible. When speaking to Centrelink, they advised it was up to the childcare's discretion what happens in the event we were unable to attend. Not suprised they are not here to do us any favors. Definitely not impressed with how things have been handled with no accountability. Wont be suprised if they find a way to srub the review.

Relaxing, clean and calm environment for children. We heard great thing about KNBP, so even though it is out of our way, we love bringing our kid to here for learning and socialising. the educators are amazing and we know our kid is in their safe hand.

This is such an exceptional occasional care centre. My son loved attending here. It is clean, the facilities are great, it has a wonderful outdoor space (with swings and bikes!), and he formed beautiful connections with the staff. It is a real bonus being mixed ages and there is always a lot of consideration given to the indoor activities that are set out, with plenty of variety. The hours work well if you have school age children, with some optional holiday care days available if you work during school holidays. I really can't speak highly enough of the Playcentre!!!

Playcentre was a great choice for our active 3 year old. It offers longer occasional hours than others and was good in preparation for kinder.

A very beautiful space for kids to enjoy. A nice large outdoor space with lots of organised activities for kids to enjoy. The staff are friendly and the space is very safe and secure for children. Both my kids loved their time spent here. I liked the flexibility and the shorter hours which is very rare to find. A bonus is the beautiful cafes next to the centre and easy parking. Highly recommend! So glad it was recommended to me from another family.
