Horrible experience few years back I had my daughter in thsi daycare. Enrolled her based on reviews and we were new immigrants to the country. My daughter was barely 2 years old and I was already too nervous to put her in somebody’s hands. And I was right, I had worst 6 months where the teachers didn’t care about her food and diaper changes. She used to come home like if we would pick her around 5:30 or so , and she had dirty diaper before that time , they would not change it and keep her for me to change when reach home. That little kid in dirty poop doaper would get rash in that 1 hour of getting home. I noticed this on third occurrence with back to back rashes and ultimately complained but they didn’t take a notice. I was on hint of finding the other daycare meanwhile anyways and had to deal with this. Then a random temporary hire teacher was so rough to kids when I made an entry around 6pm and she was just too done with all kids. She was literally pushing them. I confronted her for being so rude to kids literally under age 3, and she became rude to me as well. Center again complained but they said we will check but nothing was ever done. She was still there preety much showing arrogance to em and I was so scared of how she must have dealt my daughter behind me. Lastly they would not feed my daughter food if she won’t ask, she was shy and in that new environment was taking time to adjust. Many times she would come home n burst into tears and u controllable cries which I was unable to crack until I fed her and realized she was crashing on low sugar and energy. Center principal to this was like we can’t force feed kids, I agree don’t force feed but if a kid has not eaten anything all day atleast call or let their parents know or give her options from snacks whatever she likes to survive the day. Outside food was not allowed and hence I suffered this too. Horrible 6-9 months , I wonder how some parents simply ignore so many red flags in thsi center. Surprise visit n you will know

After more than five wonderful years at this centre, we couldn’t be more grateful for the love, care and support our family has received.<br><br>Both of our children have absolutely loved their time here, and the centre truly became an extension of our family. The nurturing, caring and attentive educators gave us complete peace of mind knowing our children were safe, happy and genuinely cared for.<br><br>A huge thank you to Yvonne, Miss Kim, Miss Rachel and the entire management team for creating such a beautiful environment. A very special thank you to Miss Sammy, who helped both of our children settle from day one, as well as Mr Lucas, Miss Hayley, Miss Mina, Miss Maddi, Mr Andrew, Miss Amanda and all the wonderful educators who have played a part in our children’s journey.<br><br>Leaving is incredibly difficult. Even after moving away over a year ago, we continued making the long journey because we simply couldn’t imagine our children anywhere else. Sadly, the distance is no longer practical for our family.<br><br>There truly is no other centre like this. We leave with beautiful memories and enormous gratitude. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

I had the a wonderful morning at Keen Kiddies this morning! The staff were absolutely phenomenal! So friendly, kind and helpful! The children in both groups were delightful! I look forward to visiting there again in the future! Thank you Rachel, Yvonne and the team for making me feel so incredibly welcome!

Best centre ever.

My child has been part of Keen Kiddies since he was just 4 months old. It was during COVID, and as immigrants we had no family in Australia except ourselves. During that time, the educators became like our village. I have learned so much from the educators, and they have given my son fun memories every single day—along with routines, responsibility, and a wonderful social life with his friends. Next year we are leaving Keen Kiddies as he moves on to big school, but the happy memories will last a lifetime. Keen Kiddies is truly one of the best childcare centres in the Hills.

We’ve been sending our son to Keen Kiddies for over three years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he receives. Having experienced two other daycare centres with our older children, Keen Kiddies really stands out. The staff are genuinely caring, attentive, and dedicated to creating a nurturing environment. One of the most important things for us is continuity of care, and Keen Kiddies truly excels here. Over the years, we’ve seen consistent educators and very low staff turnover, which has allowed our son to build strong, meaningful relationships with his carers and educators. This consistency has made a huge difference to his confidence and sense of belonging. The recent upgrades to the centre have made it an even more fantastic place for children to learn and play. The facilities are safe, and engaging, and it’s clear that the team puts a lot of thought into every detail. Keen Kiddies is a wonderful, welcoming community where children are valued and cared for. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

My daughter has attended Keen Kiddies since she was 4.5 months old; over a year later she is becoming so confident and independent already. This is a testimony to the educators across the babies rooms - they are all so nurturing and caring towards the little ones and so understanding to parents. As a first time mum, the educators made both myself and my daughter so comforted and made the transition into daycare so easy! I can’t recommend Keen Kiddies Early Leanring Centre enough!! ❤️

We moved from another daycare centre and we’re so glad we did. We didn’t realise what we were missing until we joined Keen Kiddies! The educators are always friendly and welcoming, and genuinely invested in the children. They offer lots of engaging and thoughtfully planned activities. I’ve seen so much growth and development in both of my children since starting here. The preschool program has been incredible. My daughter is truly ready for big school thanks to the fantastic preparation she’s received. The facilities are modern, clean and beautifully designed. The outdoor playground is amazing, with so many fun areas for the kids to explore. My children especially love the water play! Communication is excellent and consistent, and the whole environment feels safe and supportive. We’re so grateful for the care and effort the team puts in every day. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a wonderful daycare!

We moved our 2.5-year-old daughter to Keen Kiddies in August and have been so happy with our decision. She has an amazing day every time she attends and absolutely adores her educators — she even pretends to be them at home. She spends lots of time playing outside, while also enjoying educational activities such as painting and learning about emotions and the weather. The balance between play and learning has been wonderful for her development. We’ve now enrolled our 8-month-old to start next year, and when touring the baby room I loved that it’s a no-shoes area for crawling babies, and that the outdoor space is fully adapted for their age with soft play and appropriate equipment. We highly recommend Keen Kiddies to any family looking for a nurturing, engaging, and well-run childcare centre.
