Both my children have been at Allison Crescent since 2025, both in the babies room and the preschool room. We have been so impressed with the care they have received. The staff are kind, accomodating and so understanding. Our daughter was wonderfully prepared for school and transitioned easily. Our son, in the babies room has learnt so much in his time so far and has had so many opportunities to enrich his development. Highly recommend!

I can’t speak highly enough of Allison Crescent. From the moment we joined, it’s been such a wonderful experience for our family. The centre is welcoming, the team are incredibly caring, and it’s clear how much thought goes into creating a positive environment for the children. It gives me so much comfort knowing my kids are happy, engaged, and so well looked after each day.

My girls arrive every day with a smile, which says everything about how wonderful this centre is. The staff are incredibly caring and nurturing, always creating meaningful learning experiences and setting goals that support every child. They are consistently warm and welcoming, making my girls feel safe, happy, and comfortable from the moment we walk in. I really appreciate the communication at pick-up, where they take the time to share details about my children’s day, and the fact that they always call if there are any concerns. The centre is also kept very clean, which adds to the overall sense of care and professionalism. They did an amazing job preparing my eldest for school—she loved it so much she still asks to go back and visit. I couldn’t be happier with this centre and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My child has been attending Allison cres for 2 years now and we can’t be happier with it. It is a safe environment with amazing educators who treat the children with so much care. Nicole is an amazing director who goes above and beyond for everyone. Amy, Taylor, aleili are only some of the educators who have had such a positive impact on my daughter’s learning and well being. Our experience has made us feel safe and secure knowing our daughter is being properly taken care of while we aren’t around. Our daughter has thrived at this centre and we will be sending our future kids here for sure. 5 stars for the centre and most definitely the educators and Nicole. Thank you for everything

All three of my children have attended Allison Crescent Early Education Centre over the last 7 years. My youngest will be leaving at the end of 2026 and Im actually quite sad. Its the end of an era for our family. There is always a familiar face to drop the kids off to which I think is very important, especially for mornings that are not going according to plan. The educators are always available for a chat if ever there are any concerns or if you need to let them know about any changes to your child's routine. The permanent educators are amazing, (there are even past educators that continue to hold a special place in our family's hearts ❤️) The centre director, Nicole, is incredibly approachable and kind. We love the environment, the facilities and all the staff. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with this daycare centre. The premises are always exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to create a safe and engaging environment for the children. It’s clear a lot of care goes into making the space both fun and stimulating, and our kids absolutely love their time there. The staff are truly incredible—so warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make every child feel comfortable, supported, and valued, which gives us such peace of mind as parents. A special mention to the centre director, who is absolutely amazing. She is so approachable, professional, and always willing to listen or help with anything. It’s clear she leads the team with passion and dedication. We feel very lucky to be part of such a wonderful centre and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing and high-quality environment for their children.

My son has had a wonderful time to date at Allison Crescent childcare centre. The staff are so attentive and caring, and he looks forward to going every day! I especially love the regular updates we get throughout the day, updating us on learning progress and developmental milestones, as well as being able to track what he’s eating and drinking. Highly recommend 💜

I do not think this is a good childcare centre for the following reasons: - constant rotation and abundance of “Agency Educator” types with questionable attitude - lack of records in the xplor app about the day of my toddler - lack of transparency and dubious incident management (i.e. I had to learn from my child that he was beaten by another toddler and none of the educators reported or recorded that, knowingly) I do not recommend it and I pulled my child out of it

I am happy to share my experience with Allison Crescent Early Education Centre, Menai, regarding the exceptional care and treatment of my two children. From the moment we enrolled, it was evident that the long-term educators truly care about the well-being and development of each child. I have had a consistently good experience with the Sutherland Council Services, both Caldarra in Engadine and AC in Menai, not to mention the exceptional customer service at Sutherland Council. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely friendly, creating a warm and welcoming environment that puts me at ease. They take the time to get to know each child individually, which has made a significant difference for my sensitive daughter. I have observed educators supporting the preschool children with pre-kindergarten learning, their focus on early literacy and numeracy skills along with social development is creating a solid foundation for future learning. This happens in small group settings as well as 1:1 instruction. Additionally, the educators have been wonderful with my young son, providing him with the attentive care and stimulation he needs at this stage of his development. It’s reassuring to know that he is in such capable hands. I am always seeing the appropriate staff to children's ratios and the director is often on the floor helping out with transitions and the morning rush. As a parent, I understand that many of us feel stressed and worried about trusting childcare services, especially with recent media coverage highlighting huge concerns in the sector. However, I can confidently say that the Centre's director Nicole goes above and beyond to ensure parents feel their children are safe and well cared for. Her open communication and commitment to transparency provide invaluable peace of mind. Overall, I cannot recommend Allison Crescent enough. The dedication and kindness of the educators, along with Nicole's leadership, shine through in everything they do, making it a fantastic place for children to learn and grow.
