Our child started daycare here at just over one year old, and like most parents, we were understandably anxious. From the very beginning, the centre was incredibly encouraging and reassuring, regularly updating us on how he was settling in and doing throughout the day. We recently had to move our son from this centre due to us moving further away, but we truly wish we could have kept him here. He attended Kidz Magic Meadowbrook for nearly three years, and throughout that entire time the staff were consistently wonderful, especially the centre manager, who has always been kind, approachable, and supportive. The educators are genuinely sweet with the children and always lovely to chat with as parents. Any concerns or changes, whether administrative or care-related, were addressed quickly and professionally. The centre itself is clean, welcoming, and full of engaging toys and activities. We also loved the app they use to share daily updates and photos, which made us feel connected to our child’s day and reassured while we were at work. Another thing we really appreciated is that the centre isn’t overcrowded, so each child receives plenty of individual attention. Our child was always happy and comfortable there, and the other children were lovely - we never had any issues. We highly recommend Kidz Magic Meadowbrook to any parent looking for a caring, well run daycare where children are truly looked after. If you're looking for a daycare for your child, definitely consider this one! 😊

We've been at Kidz Magic Meadowbrook for 6.5yrs. Both my kids have loved going. The facilities, learning activities, catering and staff are amazing. The centre is always clean, and we very rarely have sicknesses come home. Miss Kelly is the most beautiful kindy teacher! We have now left the centre as both my kids are in school, but I highly recommend this centre if you are looking for amazing care, in a small centre that feels like family!

Absolutely wonderful. My son has attended coming on a year now and it’s been such a great experience. My son is greeted by all the staff upon arrival and any one that sees him along the way threw to his room 😊. Such wonderful staff.

10/10 would recommend Kidz Magic Meadowbrook to any parents looking for high-quality care for their young ones. Their service is amazing and there is constant communication between teachers and parents. They’re very inclusive and have a wide range of activities for the children as well as a great variety of food which is provided. Both of my children have been attending for 2 years and I couldn’t recommend this childcare facility more.

Some educators are good, others just sit there on their phones for most of the day as if it was a baby sitting job. They are there to help educate your children and look after them properly. Kids were left with snotty noses rubbing their snot and germs all over other children (it's not hard to wipe a kids nose) Any issues I had brought up to director regarding my son seemed to just be shrugged off or she didn't seem to care all that much. There had been times I had seen educators being quite physical with my son, grabbing his arms aggressively and shoving him with their feet while he was on the ground. Since taking him out of there, I have noticed a huge change in his attitude; he is now a much happier and calmed boy. I will give kudos and highly recommend Miss Kelly (the kindergarten educator) for taking the time to get to know my son and help build up his skills in learning readying him for prep next year
