⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Daycare – Beyond Grateful I cannot speak highly enough of this daycare and the incredible team who work there. From the very first day, they have shown genuine care, patience, and dedication to my children’s wellbeing, learning, and happiness. Every educator goes above and beyond, not just supervising but truly engaging with the kids, supporting their development, and making them feel safe, seen, and valued. The environment is warm, inclusive, and thoughtfully structured, with activities that spark curiosity and confidence. My son is 5 (Level 3 ASD) and has been at this daycare since he was 3; and my daughter is 14 months old and has been going here since she was 6 weeks old. My children LOVE going to daycare. They are both thriving (more than I could have ever hoped for) and I wholeheartedly believe I owe that to Sarana Early Childcare Centre and their wonderful staff. Communication is always clear and reassuring. They have also helped me with behavioural issues that have shown up in my son as he develops. I feel truly supported as a parent, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my children are in such capable and loving hands. This daycare is more than just a childcare centre—it’s a community, and we are so grateful to be part of it. I would recommend it to any family looking for a place where their children will be genuinely nurtured, included, and encouraged to grow.

Saranna was recommended to me and I am so glad I chose this daycare for my children. My 4 year old and 2 year old attend and I have been so pleased with the care they recieve. My girls feels so safe with the staff, who are so caring and compassionate. The staff have gone above and beyond to get to know my children and their interests. So grateful to the staff, great daycare, highly recommend.

This centre is not a friendly place to be. During my visit, I was treated poorly and unkindly.

My child attended this daycare for just one day. That afternoon, he suffered a severe anaphylactic reaction and had to be rushed to hospital by ambulance. He was served afternoon tea (a Weetbix slice), and within 20 minutes, he began experiencing symptoms of anaphylaxis. The only allergy listed in his medical action plan is dairy, and his specialist has confirmed that this kind of reaction is consistent with dairy ingestion. Staff were clearly informed of his dairy allergy and provided with his medical action plan prior to his attendance. It's important to note that my child has been under medical supervision for a dairy ladder challenge and has been safely consuming baked dairy products; this reaction was not expected unless he had been exposed to dairy in a different form. Despite the seriousness of this incident, I felt that the centre was unwilling to take responsibility. I was told that no dairy was given to him, but based on the timing and nature of his reaction, I find this very difficult to accept. Unfortunately, there has been little explanation or transparency, aside from a poorly formatted 'investigation' from the centre after this very traumatic event. This was a frightening and avoidable medical emergency. I remain deeply concerned about how allergy management is handled here. If your child has food allergies or other medical needs, I strongly recommend doing thorough research and considering alternative care. Update: Since sharing my experience, the centre has contacted me, requesting that I remove this review; describing it as slanderous. I stand by my words as a truthful account of what happened to my child and have shared to raise awareness and protect others. I encourage all parents to do thorough research when choosing care for their children, and to be mindful that some reviews may be challenged or removed, making it harder to get the full picture.

Saranna Early Childhood Education and Care is truly a unique experience. From arriving at the service and being greeted by beautiful wildlife and being able to connect with Nature. To the warmth, passion and welcoming vibes you receive from the team. It's definitely a journey you want to be apart of.

Saranna not only has a beautiful facility with great nature views, but the team of educators and management have been nothing short of warm, welcoming, and very helpful. I'm currently studying to become certified as an Early childhood educator cert 3, completing my placement at Saranna. The lovely team at Saranna have really made me feel supported and apart of the team right from the beginning!

We pulled our child out earlier this year due to hypocritical Covid policies. After everything had cooled and no one cared any more, we were refused care because my wife had Covid (isolating at home) but my daughter and I were negative. I was told first hand that staff members that had Covid were working because they didn't want to have to use annual leave, which is absolutely fine with me, but it was a different story for my non-covid daughter. Over the years we had some truly wonderful women care for our children, but we happily walked away from this poorly managed centre and carers who didn't seem to even like kids. We then saw what a proper child care facility can look like when we moved.

Great place. Well experienced and friendly staff - Educators , who really care and advocate for the children. Really recommend.
