The dedication, warmth, and genuine commitment to high-quality early learning radiating from the educators here are absolutely unmatched. Claire leads an exceptional team, fostering an environment where kids don't just attend; they truly thrive. Her leadership creates a beautiful ripple effect of positivity throughout the campus. Rhiannon is also a remarkable standout. She is always supportive, endlessly patient, and an integral part of why daily operations feel so seamless and welcoming. However, the biggest spotlight honestly must shine on Taylene (‘Tay Tay’). Seeing her step into her newly promoted role as Assistant Director is beyond exciting, and undeniably well deserved! Her strong partnerships with families and warm relationships with the kids are exactly why she is so universally loved. Truthfully, Taylene has been an absolute anchor for us, and I really cannot give her enough credit. From being there for all of my son's earliest to most recent milestones, she has continually celebrated the simple joys and managed to stay calm while teaching through all the inevitable chaos and noise. She possesses a mountain of patience, expertly directing toddlers and their big energy in the kindest of ways. Thankfully, as fiercely independent as our boy has grown, Tay Tay hasn't just looked after him, she has built a solid bond with our son, whilst also completely being available to support me as a mum as well - which is something I will always be profoundly grateful for. So if you are seeking a supportive space where the professionals genuinely pour their hearts into what they do every single day, look no further. We are immensely fortunate to belong to this wonderful OAC community, and I cannot stress enough just how lucky you will feel too!

Communication is excellent — we’re always kept informed about their day and development, which gives us great peace of mind. The educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about each child. The staff are consistently friendly and create a welcoming, nurturing environment. It’s a high-quality centre that we’d happily recommend to other families.

They are consistent in their care despite having some turnover with staff (albeit for legitimate personal reasons) and communication is exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

My eldest has been here for nearly 3 years now since (maples) and now her brother over a year, I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff from management to educators are beyond phenomenal. Even when we’ve a concern or issue it is always rectified promptly and professionally. Love all the girls here

They know all the kids names even if they’re not in their specific room which makes for such a welcoming environment. The communication is very proactive and you get so many updates which is particularly reassuring in the early days! The outdoor space at this centre is what sold it for us. It’s such a bonus in this area and makes for so many fun activities. The food is prepared by Ash (the chef) and it’s so varied and nutritious. OAC hosts community events regularly which keeps parents and extended family members involved. We have loved sending our daughter here and would always recommended it to others. Thank you Ingrid & Merlin for running such a wonderful place for our daughter to thrive!

The staff are absolutely lovely – they genuinely care, go the extra mile, and are so personable with both children and parents. The outdoor area is fantastic and gives the kids plenty of space to explore and play, and the centre offers such a great variety of activities. From gardening and wet play to watching chickens hatch, there’s always something engaging and hands-on happening. A special mention to the chef – the food is amazing and clearly made with care. We also love how much effort the centre puts into celebrations. Whether it’s Easter, Christmas, or Mother’s Day, they really make it special with decorations, events, and thoughtful touches like morning teas and even things like pony rides at themed parties. Communication is excellent – the app updates and personal photos give real peace of mind and make you feel connected to your child’s day. Most importantly, my child absolutely loves going. She’s always asking to go and talks about her friends and teachers all the time, which says everything. Highly recommend.
