They have been attentive, loving, supportive and most importantly so professional. What an amazing center.

Little Zak’s Academy Richmond has been an amazing experience for our family. The staff are incredibly kind, polite and always greet both kids... Little Zak’s Academy Richmond has been an amazing experience for our family. The staff are incredibly kind, polite and always greet both kids and parents with a warm smile every morning. Their communication is quick and responsive, which gives us great peace of mind. The centre has a wonderful play area suitable for all age groups, and they balance fun activities with real educational focus. One of the best parts of their curriculum is the inclusion of Spanish and Yoga. My little one has picked up both so well and even started using Spanish words and following yoga poses at home, which is truly impressive! Overall, a fantastic daycare with caring educators, great facilities, and a thoughtful curriculum. We are very happy with Little Zak’s Academy Richmond!

I am Wasif, Sarah Sabeen’s dad. Sarah has been coming to your centre for the past year in year 3-4 room, and it has truly been an amazing experience for her at Little Zak’s because of your effort and dedication. We have seen continuous improvement in Sarah over time, and we are so grateful for that. Miss Fatema – Thank you for supporting Sarah in her learning journey, especially with following instructions. The daily activities in your room have helped her learn A–Z and count from 1–30 effortlessly, without any extra effort from us at home. Miss Sarah – Thank you for helping Sarah develop her social communication skills and discover her interests in painting and the solar system. She used to be shy and hesitant to communicate with new people, but now she has improved so much and can spend hours painting and coloring. Miss Shusma – Thank you for taking care of Sarah and making her time at childcare enjoyable and safe. My daughter started daycare for the first time ever, and I was very anxious about leaving her in someone else’s care. But all the ladies at Little Zaks have been so warm, patient, and reassuring that they’ve truly helped me feel comfortable with this big transition. She is adapting well learning, and becoming more confident every day. I really appreciate how they always update me on how she’s going, doing, and settling. They also take the time to listen to her routine and make sure she is happy and supported throughout the day and I love to see the updates and photos on the app, I call all the time but they never make me feel like I’m bothering them when I call to check in, they are always kind and understanding. Thank you to all the amazing ladies (Cherry, Sarah, Georgia, Fraces, Rhi, Amy, I can’t name them all haha but everyone is lovely) you have made this experience very positive for our family. We are very grateful, keep up the great work! 💜

My son has been attending this centre for over a year and he absolutely loves it. The educators are incredible — patient, caring,... My son has been attending this centre for over a year and he absolutely loves it. The educators are incredible — patient, caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. I trust every single one of them with my child, and I would never put him in an environment where he wasn’t safe or cared for. The centre itself is secure, organised, and professional. There are cameras throughout, a keypad entry with individual codes, and sign-in/sign-out tablets that ensure only authorised people access the site. The staff know exactly who is coming and going, which gives me peace of mind. Communication is excellent. I receive daily updates, including meals, naps, toilet breaks, and photos of activities. They’re always happy to chat about how my son is going, what he’s learning, and any goals they’re helping him work toward. As with any daycare, kids have moments - they’re learning boundaries, sharing, emotions, and how to navigate social situations. On the one occasion my child was bitten (which can happen in any centre), the educators handled it professionally and compassionately. They called me straight away, documented it, notified the other parents, and made sure both children were monitored moving forward. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The educators are on a first-name basis with not only the kids but most parents too. They genuinely know and care about the children, and it really feels like an extended family. My son has grown and developed so much since starting there - emotionally, socially, and verbally. He has become a more confident and happy little person. There will always be a mixture of opinions online, but I encourage parents to visit the centre themselves, meet the staff, ask questions, and make their own judgement. For us, Little Zak’s Carey Bay has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The educators Anna and Puja consistently go above and beyond—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. Their patience and enthusiasm shine through in everything they do, and my son absolutely adores them. A special mention goes to the Centre Director, Gaby. Her leadership is outstanding. She runs the centre with professionalism, kindness, and clear communication, creating an environment where families feel welcomed, supported, and confident that their children are in excellent hands. And of course, the irreplaceable Chloe, the Educational Leader—she is truly the heart of the centre’s learning environment. Her passion, creativity, and dedication to high-quality education make a remarkable difference. You can see the impact of her work in the thoughtful programs, engaging activities, and the joy the children have in learning every day. Little Zak’s has exceeded every expectation. We feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such a nurturing, inspiring, and well-run centre. Highly recommend to any family looking for exceptional care and education.

Even though my daughter only attends one to two days a week, I can see how much confidence and readiness she has developed for her transition to Kindy next year and I truly believe Little Zak’s has played a big part in that. The environment is always clean, welcoming, and well-organised. The director is incredibly caring and flexible, which has made our family feel so supported. We’re very grateful for everything the team has done for our daughter. Highly recommend! 💛
