Don’t listen to the 1 star review, they have no idea what they are talking about and frankly it’s slanderous at this point, I’ve been bringing my girls here almost since open, staff hasn’t changed. There has been one, ONE person who had actually left due to personal reasons and aside from that new staff. You know people who are looking to get into childcare, NEW staff. And for management the old centre manager is still very much apart of the day to day, they are just more focused in the back end but we still see here every day. The new staff always love to see the kids anytime we drop off and pick up the girls and they are very engaging. The mix up with clothes - is easy especially when most parents by the SAME STUFF unintentionally (I’ve been done by that before) The kinderm8 system is an IT error not a centre error and they are looking to rectify it. To the person who put that one star review has serious problems, I’ve come in whilst other parents are complaint and I can assure you THAT parent in particular has no clue what they are even saying. We’ve been to other centres and those have lied about a lot of stuff with my kids and little Zaks takes the best care of my girls that I could’ve asked for, and when the leave I know the whole centre will be upset because of how much the adore ALL the kids So if you d taken time to read this review please disregard the 1 star review because frankly it’s bullshit. My 2 kiddos started at LZ back in Jan this year. Coming from another (smaller) centre where they were spending all day together,... My 2 kiddos started at LZ back in Jan this year. Coming from another (smaller) centre where they were spending all day together, I was so worried about them having to be separated. But the wonderful staff have helped them settle in and helped make them both thrive in their own age groups/rooms & if/when they just need to see each other, they let them. The level of care and attention all staff give the kids (not just mine) is beyond amazing. Anytime something big or small happens, the staff are onto it and are in constant contact with me to let me know what’s going on, which I really appreciate. Considering our last centre my kids were getting bitten almost every single day without any notifications. I would just be finding bite marks on them when changing them or getting them into the bath! The director & 2IC (Kate & Jamie) are absolutely amazing! They are so welcoming (I mean all the staff are as well) and are happy to take on board and discuss any issues or concerns you have and will follow up on anything you bring to them. They have been the biggest support system to help get extra care which our son requires. They definitely made the decision and transition into LZ as easy as possible. My kids are actually enjoying going to school now and aren’t fighting me every morning about going. I could not recommend LZ Plumpton enough!

I really appreciate how the learning experiences are age-appropriate and thoughtfully planned, helping children to explore, grow, and build confidence at their own pace.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with the educators in the Explorers Room at Little Zaks Nulkaba. The care and attention they show to my son each day is truly reassuring as a parent. They are warm, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. My son has grown so much in confidence since being in their care, and it’s clear how much effort the educators put into creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Communication is always great, and I love hearing about his day and the activities he’s been involved in. I’m so grateful to have such dedicated educators supporting my son during these important early years. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with LZ Auburn. The teachers (Ms Dipa, Ms Aleef, Ms Gina….) are caring, patient, and truly invested in... We had a wonderful experience with LZ Auburn. The teachers (Ms Dipa, Ms Aleef, Ms Gina….) are caring, patient, and truly invested in the children’s development. Our daughter grew in confidence, social skills, and early learning throughout the year. The environment is clean, safe, and well-organized, with plenty of engaging activities that keep the children interested and excited to learn. Communication with parents is excellent—we always felt informed and supported. Most importantly, our daughter and now our son was happy and looked forward to going every day. We highly recommend this preschool to other families.

I have been sending my son to Little Zak’s Hornsby for the past year and a half. During his time there, he has... I have been sending my son to Little Zak’s Hornsby for the past year and a half. During his time there, he has really opened up - from a shy child who wouldn’t let go of my leg on his first day, to coming home beaming with joy and sharing many stories about his day with his friends. From all my interactions with the staff at Little Zak’s Hornsby, they are clearly very passionate about the industry and strive to maintain a high standard of care and education for the children they work with. If you are looking for a childcare centre that genuinely develops your child, rather than just supervising them running around a yard, this is the place to go. Thank you to ALL the staff at Little Zak’s Hornsby for your dedication in supporting my child, both directly and indirectly.

She has been more happier after she has joined the centre . Singing songs & dancing . Her room leader Ms. Karen has brought so much of energy and her passion working with children . Everyday she engages them with new activities which is really helpful for the children’s development . Even in the rainy day she keeps them engaged in the classroom with fun activities that’s so appreciable. We love and honour her passion for our children . Me and my husband very thankful to all the educators esp who has taken care of her to name Ms. Chadani , Ms . Arati, Ms. Uma , Ms. Elizabeth , Ms. Berry , Ms. Elisabba & Ms . Grace . We are very glad that we made the right decision to join Little Zak’s family for our daughter’s early childhood period .
