I am extremely happy with the service they provide and how professionally they handle all situations. Little Zaks academy are truly amazing at what they do, Especially creating events such as Mother’s Day.

I just want to say thanks to all the educators at the centre as they are all doing their best to take take... I just want to say thanks to all the educators at the centre as they are all doing their best to take take of all the children and I know this is not any easy job and their heart is in the right place. Thanks for your efforts. We have two boys that attend the centre on Thursday and Fridays they both enjoy it and as per the records they love their food and often get extra food given LOL so it must be good. The team @Plumpton are always communicating to the parents via the app or email to any changes or things coming up. I have attended the last few events they have put on and events like the Fathers days was great. There is always reports about the kids and lots of photos taken of them doing such meaningful and educational tasks to continue to educate and stimulate their minds with creating things. Our youngest son has settled in very well as this was his first time at daycare as his older brother was transferred from another provider but also adjusted well. Thanks for your efforts as you continue to make the centre a safe one and make improvements along they way because lets face it no one is perfect. Thanks.

Thanks for being such a wonderful team. What’s incredible about Little Zak’s are the brilliant curriculum, activities (like yoga, storytelling sessions, games, excursions/incursions, etc). They go above & beyond. The premises are fabulous with a large open play area. Not to forget the food is wholesome & nutritious. To summarize I really appreciate the comprehensive activity plan & the wonderful caring team. Super grateful to have found Little Zak’s Gladesville.

I really love Mount Colah centre! My daughter is usually very shy and didn’t like to speak much. But after just three months here,... I really love Mount Colah centre! My daughter is usually very shy and didn’t like to speak much. But after just three months here, we’ve seen such a big change—she’s started to speak more and more every day. Have had a great experience at the centre, aware of the history but none of that is evident anymore, great communication, committed team and always maintaining ratios and even having extra educators to support. I also haven't seen an agency staff member in months. There is new management, so give the centre a go and don't listen to the old reviews of families who have left months/years ago and not experienced all of the changes that have been put in place. They are also currently doing incursions once a month as a bonus for families.

Jacynta has been a consistent and caring presence in our daughter’s life since she started at Little Zacks around 1.5 years ago. She is sincere, attentive, and truly engaged with the children—always taking the time to understand their needs and joining in with them during meals and play. We were so pleased to hear she would be moving to the Navigators room along with our daughter this year, providing that continuity and familiar support. Little Zacks has been a wonderful environment for our daughter to develop essential skills. The educators work together beautifully, creating a warm and nurturing space where each child is supported. We’re very grateful to have Jacynta and the team guiding her through these important early years.
