They are always happy and busy playing when I pick them up, which says a lot about how comfortable they feel there. Even on the occasional tougher drop-offs, the educators are kind, patient, and great at helping them settle. The team really listens and does their best to cater to each child as an individual. We also love the regular excursions like library visits and Eco Kindy - the kids get so excited about them and it’s great to see them learning and exploring beyond the centre. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my children are in such caring and capable hands, and the communication from the team is always great which we really appreciate.

The educators were very patient, gentle and supportive with her. Over time, we could see a big change. She became more confident, comfortable and happy at the centre. Now she enjoys attending and exploring different activities. Thank you to the wonderful educators for your patience and kindness in helping her feel safe and confident. When I first enrolled my son, I found myself checking the app every 30 minutes throughout the day because I was so anxious. Now, I can go the entire day without checking once, and that peace of mind speaks volumes. I know he is in the most capable, caring hands. Safety is clearly their number one priority, and it’s evident in everything they do. The centre has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The leadership is visibly strong, and you can truly see the teamwork among the staff, it feels like a family environment where everyone genuinely cares. A big thank you to Sammy who he adores very much, her hard work and loving nature has truly made the transition into care a lot easier. A special thank you to Bianca and Bek, who have been absolutely fantastic. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication make all the difference. I’m so grateful we chose Sparrow Early Learning, it has been the best decision for our son and our family.

My 18 month old daughter has only just started at Sparrow Hilton a few weeks ago but she’s already settling in quite well.... The educators have made every effort to make her feel comfortable and happy. She has a lot of food allergies and the staff have been great with accomodating her dietary needs and making sure that the environment is safe for her.
