The love, care, and attention you give my daughter every single day does not go unnoticed, and I am beyond grateful. She absolutely loves coming in each day – her little face lights up when we arrive, and as a mum, there’s no better feeling than knowing your child is safe, happy, and genuinely cared for. From the thoughtful activities to the cuddles when she needs comfort, you all go above and beyond. It’s so clear that every educator there truly cares for the children like their own. You’ve created such a warm, welcoming space, and I can see the positive impact it’s having on my daughter’s learning, confidence, and social skills. Thank you for being such an important part of her world – and ours!

This is the third centre we’ve enrolled our 2-year-old son in, having started daycare at just 6 months old — and I honestly... This is the third centre we’ve enrolled our 2-year-old son in, having started daycare at just 6 months old — and I honestly can’t believe how quickly he settled in here. We’ve now been at this centre for four months, and it already feels like home. Our two older children also attended this centre from 2014 to 2019 and had such a positive experience, so when we moved back to the area, we were thrilled to be offered a full-time spot. Sam and Brianna were incredibly helpful and supportive during the enrolment process, making everything feel easy and welcoming. While most of the staff are new since our older kids attended, we’ve felt an immediate sense of warmth and belonging — it genuinely feels like being part of the Sparrow family again. Our little boy is excited to go each day and often talks about his educators at home. It’s clear that the staff love what they do, and it really shows in the way they interact with the children. One of the most heartwarming things is how easily our son separates at drop-off — he runs to his educators with a smile and waves goodbye with no tears. That’s been such a refreshing change from our previous centre. Every single morning and afternoon, the team greets us with genuine smiles and kind words — a small gesture that makes a big difference in how supported we feel. The weekly updates on Storypark are fantastic, with lots of photos that keep us in the loop with his learning and play. While it would be nice to see more personalised stories, I appreciate how consistently the focus remains on the kids and their development. After just one week, our son had already come home singing new songs and playing new games — a clear sign that engaging, planned activities are a big part of the daily routine. We’re so grateful to be back in a centre that truly feels like home :)

After relocating from the UK to WA, we were naturally anxious about how our 3 year old would adapt to such a big change-especially starting at a new place having settled so well in a nursery back in the UK. We couldn’t be more delighted with the experience we’ve had. From day one, the staff have been exceptional—warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Our daughter settled in far more quickly than we ever expected, and that’s entirely down to the caring environment the team has created. The communication from staff has been clear and reassuring since day one, and it's been lovely to see our child coming home happy and full of stories about playing with her friends and educators. Thank you to the amazing team for making the transition so smooth and positive!

my daughter has been attending sparrow for almost a year now. she's lucky to have 3 brilliant educators that she adores...especially Miss KJ... my daughter has been attending sparrow for almost a year now. she's lucky to have 3 brilliant educators that she adores...especially Miss KJ they have a special bond that makes it super easy for morning drop offs. Staff turn over is super low which shows shows they have a brilliant team.

My 2 boys have been apart of the sparrow family for a while now, it has been the most amazing stress free day... My 2 boys have been apart of the sparrow family for a while now, it has been the most amazing stress free day care I’ve ever come across they are so accommodating even when my oldest was diagnosed with T1 diabetes, they went above and beyond to get training to ensure his safety and my peace of mind. I can’t recommend this centre enough, it is amazing knowing my children are in good hands and taken care of every day.

Can’t recommend Sparrow highly enough. Our twins absolutely love every day there. The educators are friendly, warm and welcoming every time we are... Can’t recommend Sparrow highly enough. Our twins absolutely love every day there. The educators are friendly, warm and welcoming every time we are there and are proactive and helpful during drop off when the girls are feeling a bit clingy. We have endless recitals of all their favourite songs from daycare when they’re at home and they love telling us all about their friends and educators from their day there.
