Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make the kids feel safe, happy and valued, and as a parent, that means absolutely everything. The trust we have in this centre is 100%. Knowing our children are loved, nurtured and cared for like their own gives us complete peace of mind every day. The educators are warm, patient, kind and truly passionate about what they do, and it shows in the beautiful relationships they build with the children. Our kids absolutely adore going to daycare and have grown so much socially, emotionally and developmentally since attending Sparrow. The communication with families is amazing, the environment is welcoming and supportive, and you can genuinely feel how much the staff care. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare and could never thank the team enough for everything they do for our family. ❤️

I love that I see the same faces every single day, and seeing all the fun unique, educational activities they have for the kids. Grant street has been absolutely amazing for our family, my son has recently started and he has now built warm and meaningful relationships... Grant street has been absolutely amazing for our family, my son has recently started and he has now built warm and meaningful relationships with his peers and educators, and has settled in so smoothly! I couldn’t be happier with the way he is going, the experiences he is involved in and the learning that has occurred. It has only been just over a month for him and I have already seen a huge improvement with his language and development. I am also a casual educator within the service and I can proudly say all educators are professional, respectful, and supportive to all children and families. Grant street provides a great sense of belonging and it honestly feels like a little family to us. 🩵

We love this homely atmosphere of a centre where my son has very strong attachments to his educators. We have an amazing relationship... We love this homely atmosphere of a centre where my son has very strong attachments to his educators. We have an amazing relationship with his room leader who always communicates his day and loves our child like he is family. Our child comes in everyday ready to run off playing and has so much excitement to engage with his friends. His social skills and enthusiasm as he enters the service each day show us how he continues to grow and feel comfortable at Sparrow. So far he has been in Studio 1 and 2 and has flourished in both rooms.
