The staff provide the care, kindness and attention every parent hopes for, but what has impressed me most is the way they have supported not only my children, but me as a parent as well. One of the biggest benefits for my family is that my son, who attends Guardian Angels, can be collected from school and brought back to the centre for after-school care. This has made a huge difference to my workday and has helped me avoid the dreaded school traffic. Thank you, Little Scholars, for creating such a welcoming, supportive and genuinely lovely environment for families.

You can see it from the moment we drop him off to the moment we pick him up—he’s had a fantastic day every time. He has built such a strong and caring relationship with Miss Iris and her team of educators. He loves playing, eating, and interacting with everyone around him, and it’s wonderful to see him so happy and excited to attend. From the moment you walk through the door as a parent, you are greeted by staff who are positive, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They all say hello to Lewis and know him by his first name, which makes us feel like part of a community rather than just another family. The communication from Lyndal and Zaria is exceptional. They are always prompt in responding to enquiries, concerns, or feedback, and we love receiving the regular photo updates through the app. The daily conversations with the educators about Lewis’s day, including his activities and sleep patterns, give us great peace of mind. We are incredibly happy with our experience and would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a nurturing, professional, and supportive environment for their child.

All of the educators are incredibly caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. Lola has been lucky enough to have consistency with her educators across her last three rooms — Miss Tyla, Miss Chez, and Miss Jess — and she has built such meaningful relationships with each of them. It’s been so special to see how comfortable, happy, and supported she feels. Charlie has now also been attending for the past six months, and the nursery team have been so accommodating, nurturing, and loving. Starting care with a little one can feel daunting, but the team have made the transition such a positive experience and have created such a warm and welcoming environment. The team consistently goes above and beyond, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Little Scholars to other families.

What makes this centre so special is the people. Melissa leads an incredible team who are genuinely warm, caring, and attentive. Every morning and afternoon, we're greeted with smiles, and what always amazes us is that every educator takes the time to say hello and goodbye and knows every child by name. It's a small thing, but it speaks volumes about how much they care and how connected they are to the children and families. Most importantly, we've always felt completely confident that our child is in the best hands. The care, kindness, and genuine affection shown by the team every day gives us enormous peace of mind. As parents, there is nothing more valuable than knowing your child is safe, happy, and truly cared for. The centre itself is absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully maintained. There is a real sense of pride and care in everything they do. We are incredibly grateful to Melissa and the entire team for creating such a nurturing and special place for our child.
