From the first tour to the several play and stays I knew I made the right choice. The staff are excellent have been able to meet the needs of my little one.

My son just started here and it has truly been a wonderful place. He has been welcomed with so much love and care.... My son just started here and it has truly been a wonderful place. He has been welcomed with so much love and care. He feels very supported and safe in this environment, and that is thanks to the amazing educators who look after him. All the staff have been very friendly and responsive, which gives me, as a mum, a great sense of peace, calm, and reassurance.

The teachers are incredibly caring and dedicated, fostering a warm and supportive environment. The facility is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, with a great play yard that encourages active play. There are plentiful activities that engage the children and promote learning. Since attending, my son has become very confident and has learned so many valuable skills. I highly recommend Story House Southport to any family seeking quality childcare.

The Educators and management didn’t just answer my questions, they went above and beyond to reassure me and help us feel ready. Settling in wasn’t instant for my daughter. She needed time, and not once did I feel rushed or dismissed. The educators were so patient and intentional about including children. Every single person there is welcoming and supportive. The environment is amazing, natural and engaging. The biggest change I’ve seen is in my daughter. She’s grown so much in confidence. She comes home chatting about her friends, activity she is doing, she’s thriving as a little girl. As a mum, knowing she’s included, safe, and genuinely loved while she learns makes the world of difference. We’re so grateful we found Story House ❤️

It’s such a comfort knowing the staff are so kind and impactful that they stay on his mind even when he’s at home. On top of the wonderful care, the facilities are always spotless and incredibly well-organized.

Storyhouse Reservoir are absolutely fantastic - as first time parents, sending our 9 month old we were nervous, but Irma, Vani, Briar and the whole team have been so incredible. Our bub LOVES going there, he is so well looked after, eats fantastic food made by their amazing chef and has the best time with all the activities. They were accommodating to our sleep and feeding preferences and are fantastic at communicating. We can't recommend them highly enough!

We’ve been with this centre since my child was in the baby room and now she’s in the toddler room. It’s been such a reassuring and positive experience watching her grow here. The team is genuinely caring and passionate. Amanda in the baby room is incredibly patient and warm can feel how much she cares and just wants the babies to be happy.. Eudora in the toddler room has been so observant and supportive, especially in helping my child work through separation anxiety. I can see how safe and secure she feels here, which makes it so much easier for her to say goodbye and settle into her day. It’s also worth mentioning that the management team has always been understanding, flexible, and willing to work with us — we’ve felt really supported here, which we truly appreciate. So grateful that my child’s first little “world” outside of home could be here with nunawading team ❤️ I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this centre to my friends!
