Not sure how I can express my gratitude well enough towards Nino Chadstone. They just have been so amazing and supportive! Now I have 2nd child and is also going to Nino CC. I love the diversity of activities they had planned for kids to experience and grow with. Staffs are warm and full with love ❤️. They had given me full confidence going back to work full time without being worried about kids at the care as I know they are in good hands! Thanks so much to Team Nino Chadstone!

This place is easily one of the best in Australia. From day one, the level of care and support from the educators has been outstanding. Everyone from reception to the learning rooms is genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. In just one week, we saw a huge improvement in our 23-month-old son’s social skills. He was always so happy and excited at pick-up, which says everything. Our 5-month-old baby was also very well looked after, and that gave us so much peace of mind. We were more than happy to drive 30 minutes every day just so our kids could attend. That’s how good this centre is. The Centre Director, Tanya, and the entire team are absolutely amazing. Jacinta in particular is phenomenal. We truly appreciate everything they’ve done and would 100% recommend this centre to any parent looking for high-quality childcare.

The team took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and made us feel really comfortable about the transition into care. Since starting, our child absolutely loves attending the centre. They are always excited to go in the morning and come home happy, talking about the activities they’ve done and the friends they’ve made. It’s clear that the educators genuinely care about the children and create a warm, nurturing environment where they can learn and grow. The communication with families is fantastic and we always feel informed about what’s happening throughout the day. Knowing our child is safe, happy and well cared for gives us so much peace of mind. We’re so grateful to the wonderful team at Elevation Early Learning and would highly recommend the centre to any family looking for a supportive and caring early learning environment.

My oldest just started at Nino Lalor. I did not expect him to be so confident just in less than a month of... My oldest just started at Nino Lalor. I did not expect him to be so confident just in less than a month of attendance. The educators updated me his daily reflections and routines. The management is also approachable when there is issue. My youngest will start soon. When talking to educators in his room, I can tell they will try their best to accomodate his routines. They also offer smaller size of baby room which not many places do. I’m really happy with Nino Lalor and definitely recommend to friends and families. I am sure that my youngest will get confident too when he starts care 😊

She has settled very quickly and she used to love to go to Nino everyday. The educators were kind, loving and gentle, the activities were very creative and ensured all round development. Nino provided healthy and nutritious meals. My girl is now 5 years old and I can see she is very good in her communication, team work, creativity and emotional resilience. My heartfelt thank you to all educators in Nino for taking part in raising my child in her critical early years which laid foundation for rest of her life. Shruthi

From day one, the staff have been so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring — they make you and your kids feel instantly comfortable and at home. Every educator truly cares about each child’s growth and success. You can see how dedicated they are, and how much effort they put into supporting learning, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. The facilities are amazing and there is always something fun and exciting happening — incursions, excursions, hands-on activities, and even pets, which the kids absolutely love. It’s such a great mix of fun and real learning. What really stands out is that it’s never “just childcare.” There is proper structure and ongoing teaching throughout the terms, with meaningful learning opportunities every day. The food is also amazing — such great quality with plenty of variety, and my kids eat so well there, which gives me so much peace of mind. Management is incredible too — nothing is ever too much to ask. They are always so helpful, approachable, and genuinely lovely, which makes such a difference as a parent. Most importantly, my kids feel safe, happy, and excited to go, and that means everything to me. I would absolutely recommend Niño Elsternwick to any parent looking for a nurturing, supportive, and high-quality childcare centre. We feel so lucky to be part of such a wonderful community. I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff and room leaders that my granddaughter has been with over... I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff and room leaders that my granddaughter has been with over the last few years at this centre, have been amazing. The care and efforts that they provide on a daily basis from the welcoming environment down to the learning and even the special days they hold such as mothers, fathers and my favourite grandparents day is incredible. I’ve seen first hand the love and care all the children get from the babies to the 4 yo kindie children So thank you.

The educators are truly the heart of this centre. The staff are great at talking to us and always let us know how my child’s day went. You can really tell that they love what they do and truly care about the children. Thank you for taking such good care of our little one. Also seeing my child run into their arms with a smile every morning is the best peace of mind a parent could ask for. Highly recommend.
