We are pleased with the care and support our son receives at Mini Masterminds, Merrylands. After moving to a new location, we were quite anxious about how my son would adapt to a new childcare environment. However, the educators have been very kind, patient, and supportive, which made the transition much easier for him. Thanks to their care and understanding, my son settled in quickly and now feels comfortable and happy. We truly appreciate the efforts of the team in helping him adjust so smoothly. We have seen a clear improvement in our son’s confidence, communication, and social skills. He enjoys attending every day and feels comfortable and secure, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and commitment. We highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a caring and supportive environment for their child.

Our son has been in the Tallawong location of Mini Masterminds since January 2026 and we are honestly so happy with the centre... Our son has been in the Tallawong location of Mini Masterminds since January 2026 and we are honestly so happy with the centre so far. We have relocated suburbs around Sydney and have had to move him 3 times so transition can always be a challenge. The care & attention the educators take with the children, the cleanliness, the structure of the days and the information provided has been nothing short of excellent and we cannot fault them so far. Big shout out to the room leaders for always doing their jobs with a huge smile and warmth, makes the difference.

From the Tour with Miss Brenda the director all the way to the orientation with Miss tasneem such a great experience it has now been 5 months and this centre just gets better and better with also more exciting excursions coming up. highly recommend to any family. 😌🙏

So happy we chose Mini Masterminds North Parramatta for our two kids. Both of my kids have absolutely flourished here. It took about a month for them to fully settle in, but now they genuinely love going. ​The staff are amazing and so attentive. Both my kids have eczema, and the carers have been so diligent about following my directions for their ointments, which is such a huge relief as a parent. I also really appreciate that they educate the kids about big emotions, boundaries, and body safety, you can really tell all the carers there truly care about our kids. ​The facilities are great, the playground is huge and they’re always doing something fun like the Mini Olympics or Mini Chefs. I’m also constantly surprised by the food as there’s so much variety and the kids actually love eating there! Even the family events like the Easter parade and Christmas party are so much fun for the parents too. ​My eldest is heading to big school next year and their prep program has been good. She gets so hyped for News Day when it's her turn for show and tell. It’s just a really lovely, caring environment and I’m so glad we found it.

The initial days were an adjustment for her, as it was her first time in care outside our home, but the teachers and staff were supportive and attentive in helping her settle in. We appreciate the efforts of Shama and Jatinder for their care during daily activities and for keeping us informed about her needs. We also thank Sana for her guidance and assistance throughout the enrolment process. The management and staff provide a well-organised and nurturing environment, and we would recommend the centre to families considering care for their children.
