From the rooms themselves and how comforting they feel to the amazing staff, it is a place where I enjoy taking my children. As a mum it is always so hard dropping off and leaving the kids in the care of others but the centre provides updates during the day and whenever you need some reassurance that your child is settled and having a great time. The centre manager, Brenda, is amazing and always a friendly face to great you at the door and her knowledge and passion is so noticeable from the first meeting. Every educator that I have encountered has been so amazing. Ms Fatima's kindness and caring nature shine through and she has truly made my daughter feel so comfortable in a new environment. It is so easy to see the passion all the educators have and how much they truly care for every child in their care. If you are looking for somewhere to send your child, this is the place to go!

Tamkeen and Lucky were especially supportive in helping our family settle in when we first started. They have both been warm, approachable, transparent and communicate well throughout our time there. We appreciate the care and support the educators and management have shown, and it has made the transition into daycare much smoother for us.

We're so glad we gave this centre a chance shortly after they opened in 2025. The educators are truly wonderful and — caring, attentive, supportive, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. It gives us so much comfort knowing our child is in such capable and nurturing hands each day. One thing we especially value is the communication. The team are always approachable and open to feedback. Minor concerns we had at the start were handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. It’s clear they really listen to families and are committed to continuously creating a positive environment for both children and parents. The facilities are ultra modern, clean and with a fun and large outdoor space. There's always tons of new activites, learning and fun to be had for the children. We would highly recommend it to other families! I learnt that not all Mini Masterminds centres are equal. It's the leadership, educators and open communications that makes all the difference, and we are immensely happy with this centre for our child

A special mention to Miss Tamkeen and the morning staff — they are always polite, cheerful, and full of positive energy. It truly feels wonderful to see their smiling faces every morning. And a very special thank you to Miss Nikita. My daughter absolutely loves her and gets excited to come to school because of her. Her way of dealing with children is so gentle, patient, and loving. It gives parents so much comfort seeing their child happy and cared for. Lots of thumbs up to Miss Nikki and the entire team for all the hard work and dedication you put into the children every day. Our daughter started in January and, as first-time parents, we were very worried about her first childcare experience. However, we were so positively surprised by how caring, attentive, and lovely the team has been with our little one. Since her first day, she has settled in well, sleeping and eating comfortably there. During the first few weeks, the team always answered my calls and helped me feel reassured and comfortable returning to work and leaving her at childcare. Tasneem is always so kind and keeps us informed about how our daughter is developing and progressing. In addition, the app is always updated with the daily activities and updates about my daughter, which gives me peace of mind and confidence that she is being very well cared for. All the staff have been incredibly kind to our daughter, my husband and me. We are very grateful for all the care and support. Thank you so much!

My son has been attending since he was just 4 months old, and the staff have truly become an extension of our family. As we don’t have family nearby, we’ve had to rely on daycare while we work, and I honestly couldn’t feel more grateful for the care and support they provide. My son is so happy, confident, and absolutely loves going to Mini Masterminds Thornleigh — he even waves goodbye to me in the mornings! It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he is loved and well cared for every day. A special shoutout to all the wonderful staff, especially Krystal and Hayley, for the genuine love, kindness, and care they’ve shown our family. We love receiving the daily photos and seeing all the fun activities he’s been involved in. Thank you, Mini Masterminds — you are all amazing!

The environment is warm, safe, and welcoming, and the activities are always engaging and educational. Both my son and daughter started when they were not ever 2 and got adjusted in no time. Communication with parents is excellent, and it’s clear the staff truly love what they do. My children have grown so much in confidence, social skills, and learning since attending here. I highly recommend this centre to any family looking for high-quality care and support for their little ones!

From day one, the educators made that transition seamless and worry-free. The staff at Thornleigh are professional, warm, and clearly passionate about early childhood education. If you are looking for a center that feels like an extension of your own family, this is it!
