Also the centre director Brenda has done an amazing job at creating a great environment out here at Lidcombe along with Miss Nicole.

Mini Masterminds Box Hill has been a part of our lives for 3 years and we are thrilled to have such a caring... Dani has been a fantastic Director, taking care with all children that attend and leading from the front being approachable to all parents. Enjoying our time with the centre, our kids have learnt so much!

It was really hard for me to go back to work and be away from her, but they made the whole process so much easier. Seeing how happy and settled she is every day gives me so much peace of mind. I’m so grateful for the love and care they show her, it means the world to me.

My son was in another daycare prior and would be sick consistently and bring it home, but he barely gets sick here thankfully.

From the very first day at Mini Masterminds, we felt incredibly welcomed and supported. Miss Mia has been absolutely wonderful. She greets every child and parent by name and creates such a warm, family-like environment. We’re so grateful to all educators: Miss Biddya, Miss Dawa, Miss Pat, Miss Mew, and Miss Samia for looking after our daughter with so much care and love. Each of them has played a special part in helping her settle in and grow. Our daughter now wakes up excited every morning, eager to go to childcare and join in all the different fun and engaging activities. Seeing her so happy and comfortable gives us immense peace of mind as parents. Thank you to the entire Mini Masterminds team for nurturing, caring for, and loving our daughter as your own. We feel truly lucky to have found such a wonderful place for her.

A special mention to Mia, the Director — she is absolutely wonderful! Mia has such a genuine heart and always went out of her way to accommodate our special requests and support our family during a difficult time. Her warmth and understanding meant so much to us. Leaving Mini Mastermind was such a hard decision for us because it honestly feels like leaving a little family. We’ll always be grateful for everything they’ve done, and we’d wholeheartedly recommend Mini Mastermind to any parent looking for a place where their child will be truly loved and cared for.

My middle child has been attending since the very first day they opened their doors, and the growth I’ve seen in him since then has been incredible. He has absolutely flourished and thrived in their care. Even though he can sometimes be the “difficult child,” the educators have always met him with patience, calmness, and understanding. They never make him feel like a problem; instead, they guide him through those challenging moments with empathy and support. Because of the time, effort, and encouragement they’ve put into him, I now feel completely at ease about him starting big school next year. I know he’s ready, and that’s thanks to the amazing foundation the educators have given him. My youngest started at the centre when she was just 9 months old, and the experience has been just as positive. From the very beginning, the educators went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe and settled. One of the things I appreciate most is how they listen to parents and respect each child’s individual needs. They take the time to learn the routine you follow at home and do their best to mirror that in the centre, making the transition so much smoother for little ones. My daughter hasn’t had day naps since she was two and a half, and that has never been an issue. The team has always adapted without fuss, ensuring she is happy and comfortable throughout the day. What really stands out is the consistency of care across the whole team. Every staff member I’ve met has shown such kindness, empathy, and genuine respect, not only for the children but also for the parents. It’s so reassuring to know your child is surrounded by people who truly care about their wellbeing and development. I honestly cannot fault this centre. The dedication, professionalism, and warmth of the educators is something really special. It’s not just childcare, it feels like a second family. My 'village'. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place and cannot recommend it enough!

From the moment we joined, we were struck by how modern, tidy, organised, and professional everything is. Ms Brenda sets a wonderful example with her professionalism and care for both staff and families. The educators do a fantastic job teaching children important life skills and preparing them for kindergarten in such a supportive and engaging way. The environment is genuinely nourishing, and the team has been incredibly flexible and kind in supporting us as a family new to Australia, helping us through the complexities of planning and transition. Their warmth, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile make this centre truly exceptional.
