He and our family had been so well looked after since then. We appreciate all the care and love from the educators. Our little boy loves Kindy so much. We feel safe to just drop him off and go and we know he will always have a great day. We are especially grateful to the suggestions the team had been giving us in parenting strategies at home. Highly recommended.

The educators are incredibly nurturing and genuinely care about each child's growth and wellbeing. What really stands out is how diverse and culturally welcoming the team is – it makes such a difference knowing my son is being supported in an inclusive, and respectful environment. The centre is led by a warm and down-to-earth Director who sets the tone for the caring and professional atmosphere. Every single staff member we've met is amazing. And we can't forget the food – Chef H is phenomenal! The meals are thoughtfully prepared, and it’s such a comfort knowing my child is not only learning and playing in a secure, engaging space but is also eating so well. We feel at ease leaving our son in their care, and he absolutely loves going. Greenleaves Hyde Park is more than a centre – it’s a little community, and we’re so grateful to be part of it. Highly recommend to any family looking for a safe, supportive, and enriching early learning environment in Townsville.

They are always messy in the most delightful way telling me all the things they’ve done in their day.

I have 2 kids in their care! Basically I can’t fault anything! The staff are incredibly excellent! The manager Sheridan I can say she is workaholic. She is so passionate about kids care and education, getting them comfortable and letting kids feel like home . My youngest was horrible and very unsettled when he first started. Sheridan allowed us to have trials class as many as we needed. She also gave lots of reassurance and cuddles to my baby. Now he is getting better and asked for cuddles from Sheridan! All the staff (Miss Ploy, Sue, Kris, June, Kelly, Liv, and even causal staff : sorry to forget some of the names) in nursery and Tiny tots also are so kind and gentle and patient to my youngest. To a point I feel so sorry for them because they hold my baby to sleep for long period of time. Megan, Hannah, Gaya, the beautiful Brazilian girl forgot her name and so many other staff are also very passionate in providing educational care to my eldest in kindy room! Not to mention the chefs providing beautiful and yummy meals and snacks! Thank you so much green leaves Parkwood ! Absolutely recommends!

I really appreciate how the educators incorporate innovative, play-based learning, which has boosted his love for learning. He also participates in many incursions and excursions, which we love—especially the trip to the IGA. Serving his own meals at the centre has made him so confident around food; he even serves us dinner at home now! Centre Director Katie always welcomes us with a warm smile, and Educators Bill and Vy are incredible.

My daughter feels secure and looks forward to her days at the centre, especially for the delicious food. 😋 I definitely recommend the centre to other families.

We've had a very good experience from the beginning at this Green Leaves Centre. The place has been like family from the beginning.... We've had a very good experience from the beginning at this Green Leaves Centre. The place has been like family from the beginning. The centre is also clean and organised with planned events for the kids. The admin staff are also great and communicate well. My child has been here from Tiny Tots with Usha (who was also really lovely) to now Pre-Kinder 1 Room. Keral, Roshani & Manpreet & Wathsala. The Pre-Kinder 1 educators, they have been great in transitioning my child, fostering independence, such as toilet training. They have been encouraging and supportive and have communicated well during that experience. My child is now toilet trained! They also communicate very well as a team during pick up times and give you updates on your child and how their day was. I feel they develop good rapport with parents. I feel educators in Pre-Kinder 1 are here because they love children, they wouldn't be in this work if they didnt and it shows through their work and with their relationships with the children. My child always mentions the little things you for for them, like how you helped with their drawings, etc. Hearing that brings me a little joy in my day. So thank you Pre K Room 1, please continue your amazing work! I know how hard you work and thank you for continuing to make this a good experience for me and my child. And to the whole Green Leaves Team. You are all so great!!!
