The educators are caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping children learn and grow. A special thank you to Ms. Brenda, Ms. Archana, and Ms. Tracy for making our child feel comfortable and confident from day one. Their patience, encouragement, and dedication have really helped our child settle in and develop important skills before starting school. We truly appreciate all the hard work of the team and would happily recommend KU Hebersham Preschool to other families.

My son attended KU Phillip Park from the time he was 8 months old to 2.5 years old. We have relocated interstate otherwise... My son attended KU Phillip Park from the time he was 8 months old to 2.5 years old. We have relocated interstate otherwise he would have stayed until he started school. I cannot recommend KU Phillip Park highly enough. It is the most incredible centre. The director, Sheryl, is fantastic and ensures that the centre is managed in a highly organized and efficient way and there is excellent communication with parents, and of course, excellent care of the children. Because it is a small centre, the children have real consistency of care and are able to develop very strong bonds with the educators, most of whom have been there for quite some time. The educators are the most beautiful group of people who have become a second family to my son. We felt that they went above and beyond to meet our son’s individual needs and preferences and make him feel safe and secure. It has been a privilege to have them care for my son. If I could pick up the centre and bring it and its staff interstate with me, I would!

Communication has been excellent, and we’ve always felt well informed about our daughter’s day, activities, and overall progress. We’re very grateful that we found a place she enjoys and where all educators are giving their very best to support each child’s needs with love and care.

Each day is structured to support children’s learning and wellbeing, with activities such as yoga for exercise, story time for literacy and imagination, and interactive play that naturally encourages learning and social development. Child safety is clearly a priority, and the list of strengths feels endless. My granddaughter absolutely loves attending. She feels safe, included, and genuinely has fun—and as a family, that means everything. I couldn’t speak more highly of the care and environment KU Preschool provides.

I am beyond grateful to KU Ultimo. My first born graduated a couple years ago, we enrolled her when she was one so... I am beyond grateful to KU Ultimo. My first born graduated a couple years ago, we enrolled her when she was one so she went through nursery, toddler room and preschool. Now my second girls is finishing her preschool year at KU Ultimo. The educators are absolutely wonderful. They learnt and still learnign so much through play. My school girls said she wants to go back to be an educator at KU Ultimo :). For me trust was a crucial element and KU Ultimo delivered. My girls were feeling safe and they thrived / trive in the KU evironment. We loved all the educators with now Rebecca and Jung having a special place in my little one's heart. Thank you agian for all you did and still doing for us, KU Ultimo.

A truly caring and well-organised childcare – highly recommend KU Concord I looked at several daycares around Concord before choosing KU, and many of them felt chaotic, with staff who seemed distracted or just “going through the motions.” KU Concord is completely different. From the very beginning, I noticed that every educator has a genuine smile. They engage with the children happily and patiently, and it never feels like they’re just “at work.” It has a warm, family-like atmosphere. The facilities are also excellent. There are plenty of play equipment, and every indoor room has an air purifier while still being well-ventilated. One room that could fit around 20 children currently only has about 10, which really stood out to me — smaller groups mean more attention. They also share the weekly menu, and the centre is located in a quiet part of Concord — peaceful but still convenient. Parking is easy. Most importantly, every child seems to be seen and cared for. As a first-time parent, that gives me so much peace of mind. Thank you to the whole team at KU Concord. We feel very lucky to have found you.

The team at KU hebersham felt like family whilst my little girl was there. The team are so supportive, understanding and welcoming every single day. They have a brilliant education system and environmental awareness also. They grew my little ones confidence level up and I couldn’t be more proud. I felt so confident leaving my little girl in the hands of the team. Absolutely 10/10 for Hebersham KU!
