From day one, we felt welcomed and confident that our child was in safe and nurturing hands. The environment is clean, well-organized, and filled with engaging activities that support learning through play. We’ve seen so much growth in our child’s confidence, social skills, and communication since starting here. The educators provide regular updates, which gives us peace of mind and helps us feel connected to our child’s day. I would highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a supportive, professional, and positive childcare environment.

What really stands out is the strong sense of community and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The educators take the time to build meaningful relationships with both children and families, which gives us so much confidence each day at drop-off. The learning experiences are thoughtfully planned and engaging, and it’s clear that the children’s interests and development are truly prioritised. I love receiving updates about my child’s day and seeing how much they are growing in confidence and independence. This centre is beautiful, but the most incredible thing about it is the staff. Every single person knows my girls, Joni and Fredi, inside out. They understand that Joni can get upset at drop-off and always meet her with care to ensure she feels calm, allowing me to get to work without worry. Miss Kamala is exceptional—her balance of educational engagement and child-centred care is more than I could ever ask for. Ms Molly is just the same, and Ms Jenny knows everything about Fredi, always sharing updates on what she’s been doing, her interests, and any changes we should know about, even before we ask. The rest of the team shows the same level of dedication and care. It is by far the best centre we’ve ever been with, and the centre management is truly gold standard. Well done, Guardian—it is a real privilege to have our children here. Thank you.

Amazing policies and procedures, we cannot speak highly enough of this centre. We literally cannot fault it and there were tears shed on both sides when we left to relocate on the other side of Melbourne. However, based on our amazing experience at PC West it wasn't even a question of where to send our child. We signed up to our local Guardian without hesitation. Thank you so much everyone, you are all amazing people and will be missed ♥️

Her support, responsiveness, and commitment to families make a real difference. We are very grateful for everything she and the team do. Highly recommended!

My daughter was at this centre since the nursery room and has just left to start school. Every educator that we have dealt with here have been so wonderful and have had a genuine care for my kids. We had some difficult behaviour diagnoses in the last year and the whole team were so supportive and collaborative with the management of this issue. It was a sad day for us to leave and our daughter still asks to visit. Thanks to Mei, Nirmala, Evans and Tavisha for the last year, and all the educators before that.

We especially appreciate the way they support each child’s individual growth and early learning journey. Our grandson was diagnosed with ASD and experiences the world a little differently. The team at Guardian has shown such understanding, patience, and encouragement — recognising his unique needs while nurturing his strengths and confidence. That level of care means more to us than words can express. We will genuinely miss this wonderful centre when he graduates to primary school.
