We just transferred our daughter to Guardian Thurgoona Center recently, she expressed to us that she really likes her teachers, educators and classmates.... We just transferred our daughter to Guardian Thurgoona Center recently, she expressed to us that she really likes her teachers, educators and classmates. In this center, the children learn about a proper routine and engaging with many different activities. We would like to express our appreciation and thank you to Management team, chef, teachers and educators for always supporting and providing a real care to our child.

The educators and staff are the pillar and the heart of this centre. There are so many wonderful and caring staff that work... The educators and staff are the pillar and the heart of this centre. Our children have grown and moved through all the way from nursery to preschool, and our experience has been positive with each and all the educators at every stage. I would like to thank in particular Mama Jin, Hannah, Rujuta, and the nursery team who took on the very challenging task of adapting our babies to the childcare environment. There was an uncertain period where there was turnover of management and some of the most wonderful staff left (Anna and Jenny are dearly missed). That made us question whether or not to continue here. Thankfully it seemed like Guardian head-office got their act together and retained most of the staff, who are the most important asset to this business! They are amazing people who we trust to care for and educate our children to the best of their ability. Guardian, take care of your staff. So they can take care of your customers. The staff here at Sydney Olympic Park are absolute treasures.

We have been here for over two years ourselves, and my sister’s children have also been attending, which places our family here for a total of seven or eight years. We actually travel 10km every single morning and afternoon specifically to come to Guardian Cherrybrook. Despite having over 10 local daycares much closer to home, we stay here because of the quality of care. The claims about recent management shifts and staff turnover simply do not align with the facts or the timeline suggested by others. In our time here, the staff has been remarkably consistent. While we have seen a management shift firsthand, it was not within the timeline these other reviews suggest, and the new leadership is even better. They are incredibly hands-on (not that they weren't before) and any minor concerns we have raised are quickly resolved, with obvious and clear internal team communication. To raise privacy concerns - there have been minor incidents between my child and her cousin where it was completely obvious who was involved, yet the team absolutely refused to admit or say names to maintain protocol. If they aren't going to tell me it was my own sister’s child, you can guarantee they take privacy seriously. Every morning we arrive to find multiple activities already set up and a variety of breakfast options ready. On that note, the chef has an unmatched level of appreciation for the kids and it shows in every meal. The premises, equipment, and playground are constantly evolving, often a fresh and changing environment for the children. We feel the love and effort from the staff - from your usual day to their planning around every calendar event, the thoughtful arts and crafts that come home and the invite to share the event with our little one. This is a stable, nurturing, and genuinely child-focused environment. Thanks Team!

My children have been attending this centre now for 12 months. I was very nervous about them starting childcare but as soon as... My children have been attending this centre now for 12 months. I was very nervous about them starting childcare but as soon as toured the centre I was very impressed , all the team members where very welcoming and the centre was clean with settled happy children , and they have a beautiful natural outdoor space. The educators in the babies room are so caring and my children are always engaged in fun educational activities. The absolutely love it there and so do I .

We have been sending our eldest to Guardian Hornsby for over 2 years and when our second was ready, we had no hesitation! Sophie... We have been sending our eldest to Guardian Hornsby for over 2 years and when our second was ready, we had no hesitation! Sophie and her team treat the kids and us parents with kindess and respect. They develop the kids holistically and take the time and put in the effort to get to know what works best for each individual child. Our 2 children are very different and whilst the level of care has been the same, we have been very impressed with how the team continue to support and bring out the best in them. Thank you team, both our boys (and us parents) couldn't be happier.

My husband and I are extremely thrilled to have our daughter at this childcare. Our daughter has been there since she started at 8... My husband and I are extremely thrilled to have our daughter at this childcare. Our daughter has been there since she started at 8 months old and now is 3.5 years old. All of the staff especially those who have been hands on with her have been absolutely amazing and extremely considerate . They have not only been helpful with aspects inside of childcare but outside. Mei , Nirmala and Lizzie have been extremely supportive managers and you run the childcare so well. An amazing team. You have accomodated our needs in every way possible and hubby and I are forever grateful. Our next is joining soon so keep them fantastic professionals and team spirits 🩷

The centre itself is a beautiful environment with bright and welcoming learning and outdoor spaces that give the children plenty of room to explore and play. What stands out most is how much the staff here all genuinely care about the children. Over the past three years, our daughter has blossomed into a confident, happy version of herself and we are incredibly thankful for the way Guardian Camperdown have supported her and our family.
