My youngest son and his cousin ( my nephew ) started Children's First Mernda in 2024, over the last year i have watched... My youngest son and his cousin ( my nephew ) started Children's First Mernda in 2024, over the last year i have watched these boys thrive and the countless support from staff and management has been exceptional. Especially director Taylah and Bhavna! We recently lost our mum, ( the boys nan )who regularly attended the centre and interacted with staff daily. Management and staff ensured the boys were well supported and cared for whilst they both became unregulated due to the loss. Not only was I supported with being linked into NDIS for my son, they ensured he would receive the additional support from staff and he did and still currently is! If you can take anything from my experience its that ALL staff will help you in a time of need and provide support for your child to ensure they grow, learn and are provided with whole hearted love and engagement. You will not find this level of service or care at many centres. On top of their exceptional service, the activities they do with the kids, imagination play, cooking, reading, drawing, sports day and many various activities are truly catered to their interests . As my little one would say, RAWR t-rex! With the staff always laughing and responding “wheres the dinosaur!” 10/10 rating

My husband and I visited 5 or 6 Daycares in the area and then a close friend recommended we try Discovery because of the great experience their daughter had there. I'm so grateful for the recommendation, as our son absolutely loves all the educators. He's been going there since he was 8 months and he recieved such wonderful care from the Nursery team that we were sad to move up to the Junior Toddler room! But the staff in all the rooms are wonderful and he adores all the educators and wider team,though we'll always have a soft spot for the Nursery team! I'm very happy we chose to send him to Discovery and I'm grateful for the care that they give him, and all that they do. I highly recommend Discovery for all of the educators and wider team members, for the great activities they do each day with the children, for their updates and just everything really.

The programs are engaging and thoughtfully designed, encouraging learning through play, creativity, and exploration. Communication with families is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved in our children's development. I wholeheartedly recommend Discovery Kindergarten to any parents looking for a safe, caring, and enriching place for their little ones. It's been a wonderful experience for us. My boys till now they do remember the names of the educators and their peers.

Everyone here has been wonderful, and I’m especially grateful to Sam and Nancy hats off to you both! You've always been so amazing, helpful, and kind. It's unfortunate that the center is a bit far from where we live, which made it hard for us to continue. Our daughter started at Children's First Gaythorne in January 2025 at 8 months old. The center have been nothing but amazing, from the director, to the front of house staff to every educator in her room, I can not speak more highly of them all. They are kind, welcoming and know all of the children in the center. The center is new and always clean, they provide a healthy variety of food, regular updates and photos and consistency in staff which is so important with the youngest children in care. As a first time mum I was initially unsure about putting my daughter into someone else's care but I am so glad that I found Children's First Gaythorne because they have made the experience so wonderful for both my daughter and us as parents. They are an incredible team who truly bond with both the children and their families.
