I recently toured the centre and was impressed by the calm, welcoming atmosphere. The educators were engaged, happy, and attentive, interacting warmly with the children throughout the rooms.
One of the main reasons I chose to enrol my girls was the additional educator in the rooms, who provides extra support to both the children and the educators. It was clear that this additional support helps create a calm environment where children receive the attention and care they need.
The educators and management are friendly, approachable, and maintain consistent communication, which gives me confidence and peace of mind. I’m so happy with my decision to enrol my girls and would highly recommend this centre to other parents looking for a supportive, caring, and nurturing environment for their children!

I highly recommend Children First Mernda! ❤️ The educators, management are all so welcoming as I’m a new parent they are caring and supportive. The whole team goes above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing and positive environment where children feel loved, valued and encouraged to learn and grow.
You can really see the care and dedication they put into their work. I’m so happy with my decision to send my children here! 🥰

Such a beautiful childcare centre with the loveliest educators! My little one absolutely loves going to childcare and settled into the toddler room so quickly, which made me feel so happy and reassured!
The educators are so caring, patient and genuinely passionate about what they do. I love seeing all the fun and creative activities they organise for the little ones. You can really see how much love and effort goes into making every child feel special, included and cared for.
The centre itself is lovely, clean and inviting, and the whole team is always so friendly and welcoming. It’s the little things that make such a big difference. Couldn’t be happier with Child First Mernda! ❤️

I have had a positive experience with this childcare centre. The educators are caring, supportive, and passionate about providing a safe and welcoming environment for children. The educators and staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely care about every child's wellbeing and development. The environment is always clean, safe, and filled with engaging, well-planned learning activities. Communication with families is fantastic as well-we always feel well-informed and at ease dropping off our little one every day. Highly recommend this wonderful childcare centre to any family

I want to say that the staff,the management team and the chief in the childcare centre shows dedication in caring children. A huge shout out to the Managemen Team who shows care to the staff,to the parents and to the children who attended to Children First Cranbrook you all did amazing job❤️

The changes since the new management team has taken over have been fantastic. There is such a positive feeling around the centre now, and you can really see the care, effort and attention being put into making it a great environment for both the children and families.
The new nursery lead has also been amazing. She is warm, caring and genuinely invested in the children, which gives us so much confidence knowing they are being looked after by someone who really cares.
We have been extremely impressed with the direction the centre is heading under the new team and couldn’t be happier with the improvements. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful childcare and kindergarten. The centre is a warm, nurturing environment and you can really see the focus on quality early learning and child development.
The educators are welcoming and caring, and the learning spaces are fantastic. The STEAM Studio is particularly impressive and provides such a unique environment for children to explore, create and build their confidence.
I would definitely recommend Children First Mernda to families looking for quality childcare or kindergarten in Mernda.
