To Katalyst and Riana, As a parent who attends this childcare, I feel it’s important to share what I have personally witnessed. On multiple occasions during drop-off, I have seen your daughter screaming, swearing, and becoming physically aggressive towards you and the educators. I have also witnessed her being physically carried and pushed in the room. On one occasion while I was dropping off my own child next door, she was shouting racial slurs such as “you’re black and ugly, I hate your skin.” The educators acted quickly and took the other children outside so they wouldn’t be exposed to the language being used. I also observed the management team trying to calm her, while she continued swearing and throwing items in the room. I was reassured to see the educators protecting the other children, but I believe it’s important to be honest when discussing what happens within the centre. There are always three sides to a story; yours, mine, and the truth; but it’s unfair to ignore the impact this behaviour has on other children. No child should have to attend care and be exposed to physical aggression, profanity, or racial remarks from a single individual. I gave a 5 star review because the educators and management team aren't being recognised for keeping all children safe and happy. I suggest going in and judging the centre for yourself. To Donna & Katalyst. As a parent, I’m sick of seeing educators constantly attacked and abused by your child while they’re just trying to keep all the children safe. The foul language, the violence, and the chaos your child causes is unacceptable. If families could see the footage, the TRUTH would be exposed. Update: Judge the centre for yourself, but talk to the other families too. The educators here deserve recognition, not blame, for dealing with behaviour no child or adult should have to face. If only we could all see the footage, the truth would be too hard for anyone to spin. But hey, you’ve left now, so hopefully you’re out there living your ‘positive vibes only’ life. My daughter Mya started her childcare experience here and has had a wonderful experience! She especially loves her educators Salma, Reshma and Annie... Unfortunately we moved and due to location no longer attend, but would definitely go back if we moved back closer!

Children First Lindisfarne has such a calm and inclusive vibe, and the whole centre feels so warm and welcoming. The educators are amazing... Children First Lindisfarne has such a calm and inclusive vibe, and the whole centre feels so warm and welcoming. The educators are amazing – caring, patient, and truly dedicated to the little ones. Mirela, the director, is incredibly kind and supportive, always going out of her way to help families. We are so grateful for the care and support they have given our daughter and feel very lucky to be part of this community.

Paige and Bree, who run the baby room, are just amazing – they’re so friendly and always let us know how our baby’s day went. Best of all, our little one absolutely adores them! We’d happily recommend this childcare to anyone in the area.

They’re doing fantastic to make my kid feel comfortable and confident.
