He has been attending since he was 6 months old and is now 2, and the care and support they have shown our family over that time has been amazing. All of the educators are so kind, caring and genuinely invested in the kids. We always feel reassured knowing that if anything happens during the day, they call us straight away and keep us informed. They do so many fun and creative activities with the kids, and you can tell how much effort they put into making every day enjoyable and engaging. One of the coolest things they even organise is parents’ date night, which is such an above-and-beyond thing to offer families. We are so grateful to have found such a beautiful, supportive childcare centre and would highly recommend them to any family looking for a safe, fun and caring environment for their children.

My son has been at Children First Early Learning Gaythorne for 6 months , and we've had such a wonderful experience. The Educators... My son has been at Children First Early Learning Gaythorne for 6 months , and we've had such a wonderful experience. The Educators are warm, welcoming, kind and always take the time to talk with us at drop-off and pick-up. All of the Educators know my son not just the Educators in his room which is reassuring and great to see him build many positive relationships.My son finds transitioning and saying goodbye in the morning challenging and the Educators do a fantastic job at supporting him with this ensuring he feels safe, secure and comfortable. My son has become more confident since starting care and it’s so lovely to see him having so much fun that he doesn’t want to come home. Every time we do drop off or pick up we are warmly welcomed by the Director and Assistant Director which makes us feel welcome. The Chef cooks amazing food and my son’s interest in food has skyrocketed. We love Children First Gaythorne, it is such a friendly atmosphere. Thank you for the amazing work you do.

We attended the centre when it first opened in 2023 and were not impressed at the time, so we chose to leave and... We attended the centre when it first opened in 2023 and were not impressed at the time, so we chose to leave and attend another service for a little over a year. Towards the end of last year, we decided to return after learning there had been a change in management, which was our main reason for leaving. Since coming back, the centre has had one of the biggest turnarounds I’ve ever seen. The directors are incredibly welcoming and attentive to our family’s needs. My children have come so far in their development and absolutely love attending—it truly feels like a home away from home for them.

I would like to share my heartfelt thanks to the team at Children First Early Education Fairfield. My son, Arshan, recently started attending this center, and as any parent knows, the first few weeks of childcare can be an emotional transition.
The support we have received from the entire team has been absolutely wonderful. A special mention must go to Miss Rhi, who has been incredible with Arshan. She is so patient, kind, and professional. Seeing how much she cares for the children gives us great peace of mind.
Actually, every single one of the educators and staff members we have met is awesome. They are genuinely supportive and go out of their way to make sure the children feel safe and included. They understand the challenges of settling into a new environment and have been so nice to our family during this process.
The communication is excellent we love receiving the updates and photos of Arshan’s day. It is clear that this center values quality care and focuses on the well-being of every child

The educators are incredibly warm, patient, and attentive, always taking the time to make the children feel safe and valued. They genuinely care about each child’s wellbeing and development, which gives us great peace of mind as parents.
A special mention to the Pene (centre director), who is approachable, kind, and always happy to listen or offer support. Their leadership truly reflects in the positive, nurturing environment throughout the centre.
We are so grateful for the love, care, and encouragement our daughter receives at Children First Mernda, and we highly recommend it to any family looking for a caring and supportive early learning environment.

The management is very good, organized, and always supportive. The staff are kind, helpful, and caring, and they make my son feel safe and happy every day. I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication they put into caring for the children. I am very thankful and grateful for everything they do.
