We have been at Orchard for nearly a year and have had the most incredible experience. Yes, there has been some staff turnover... We have been at Orchard for nearly a year and have had the most incredible experience. Yes, there has been some staff turnover but the staff while they are there give 100% of their time and effort to the children. Our daughter runs to the door and gives the educators a cuddle in the morning. As a parent, to know she is that comfortable around them makes me feel at ease. Yes, the kids sometimes come home covered in paint or remnants of the days adventure but all signs of a day well had in my opinion! I love seeing that my daughter has gotten actively involved in the days activities. We as a family have had a beautiful experience at Orchard. Our daughters happiness is our number one priority and right now, the smile on her face when she arrives at daycare says it all for us!

I could not recommend this centre more highly. We moved from another local centre when Orchard first began and have been consistently impressed... I could not recommend this centre more highly. We moved from another local centre when Orchard first began and have been consistently impressed by the wonderful educators, facilities, cleanliness, emphasis on health and wellbeing, and the care that is shown to each individual child. Our eldest just graduated from the centre and has loved every moment of her time at Orchard. Ghania has done an exceptional job of setting up and running a centre that is true to its values and places a huge emphasis on child care, honesty and integrity. Ghania, Hyra and the team have made every effort to support our children's individual needs during their time at the centre and have been so transparent and quick to resolve any minor bumps along the way. I feel safe in the knowledge that my children are truly cared for each day by a team who are dedicated to their development and wellbeing, and love that they get to spend hours running around and engaged in thoughtful activities outside inspired by nature. The delicious paddock-to-plate philosophy is a wonderful bonus!

My son has been in their care since they opened in October 2023, and he has loved being there. The educators have been very caring and helpful with our son. The daily activities they provide have really helped him become more confident, improve his social skills, and enjoy learning. Attending this daycare has also helped him form strong friendships with other kids and he feel comfortable and secure with the educators.

We’ve been having a very positive experience with the educators at Orchard. They are passionate, committed, and genuinely caring toward the children. Salma and her team have been amazing in helping our little one with his sleep. He has always been a poor sleeper, but they patiently tried different strategies and have finally helped him settle and sleep better. Ghania and Hyra have also been wonderful — they listen to our concerns and do their best to support our family. It’s reassuring to know our children are in such good hands. Overall, all the educators are truly lovely and nurturing.

As the 3rd daycare for my son & 2nd for my daughter we couldn't be happier with Orchard! What sets it apart: 🏡 The space - Is huge. The outdoor area & classrooms. 🎨 The facilities - Modern and practical. A whole art room for creativity. 🧑‍🏫 The staff - All incredible. Very high quality (especially vs other centres). So caring, attentive, lovely & smart! Our kids love them, which is the most important thing! 🧑‍🍳 The food/chefs - Next level. Ana the head chef creates beautiful good for the kids breakfast through to dinner (proper food served at 5) Couldn't rate higher 🤩

We feel so lucky to have our baby and toddler at Orchard at West Pennant Hills. Not only is the centre beautiful, clean... We feel so lucky to have our baby and toddler at Orchard at West Pennant Hills. Not only is the centre beautiful, clean and innovative, but the staff are capable, compassionate and knowledgeable. The centre’s long hours are also invaluable for working parents. After sending our children to another centre, we were nervous to send them somewhere new but not only have we not looked back - neither have our kids - they adore the people, centre, incredible activities (especially the vegetable garden and animal watching next door at Koala Park) and their new friends. If you are looking for somewhere safe, fun, healthy and educational for your kids, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the centre - actually we would strongly encourage it!

We absolutely love Orchard Early Learning in Ryde, the staff are incredibly caring and nurturing, and my child thrives here. What really blew us away was they helped organize a little birthday celebration for Ray in the class. It meant the world to us and showed just how much they go above and beyond. Highly recommended!

My daughter has been going to Orchid ELC Kirrawee for 4 months now and absolutely adores the staff and always has so much fun learning and playing! It's centrally located so we often walk to daycare. They have such a great curriculum for the littler kids and the chefs prepare a rotation of exciting and nutritious foods with the 'farm to plate' method. My child has learned so much in such a short period of time both socially and developmentally and her character has really shone since being at daycare. The staff are always super friendly and very professional. Would recommend Orchid ELC Kirrawee to any parent!
