It's been a highly positive experience and I can't recommend it enough. The educators are caring, patient, competent and supportive. Tanya from the office is incredibly helpful. The facilities are great, the environment is safe and the food is outstanding. Just good memories :)

From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this is a place that’s calm, organised, welcoming, and run by people who actually know what they’re doing — not just surviving the day on vibes and caffeine. The environment is warm and engaging, the routines are thoughtful, and the children aren’t just being looked after, they’re genuinely supported, encouraged, and thriving. What really sets this place apart is the people. Angela and Pamela are next-level amazing. They are kind, patient, attentive, and effortlessly competent — the kind of educators who make you feel instantly at ease handing over the most important person in your world. They remember everything, notice the little things, and somehow give each child individual attention while juggling daily chaos like absolute pros. Our child absolutely adores them. Drop-offs are easy, pick-ups are happy, and we constantly get reassurance that our child is not just safe, but genuinely known and cared for. There’s real trust there, which is priceless as a parent. Also worth noting: our child occasionally comes home demonstrating emotional intelligence, independence, and manners that we definitely did not teach. Rude, but impressive. Angela and Pamela bring warmth, humour, and calm confidence to everything they do. Angela, in particular, manages all of this despite having one very human flaw — a completely valid fear of ducks — which somehow makes her even more iconic. Pamela balances everything with steady calm and genuine care, and together they create an environment where kids feel secure, happy, and excited to learn. In short, this childcare is doing things right. Angela and Pamela are a huge reason why. We feel incredibly lucky to have them shaping our child’s early years. Five stars, zero hesitation, and yes — we’ll recommend them… even though it means more competition for spots.

We’ve seen such positive growth in our son’s confidence, learning, and happiness since he started here. He absolutely loves going each day, which means everything to us as parents. Communication with families is excellent, the activities are engaging and well planned, and the overall level of care is outstanding. We feel completely confident and at ease knowing our son is in such capable and loving hands. I attended Grandparents Day recently and staff had gone the extra mile to ensure all children and grandparents had a very memorable and meaningful day. We played games together, did crafts together, ate a specially prepared afternoon tea together. My granddaughter took great care to make sure all my needs were met. It will remain in my memory as a highlight for many years to come. This is indeed a very rare centre with all staff focused on catering to the needs of each individual child.

He attended full-time from a very early age and completed his full journey at Nido before starting school. The Nido staff are amazing, compassionate, and deeply caring. They didn’t just look after Bivan—they nurtured him, guided him, and helped shape the confident, smart, and happy little boy he is today. Bivan formed such a strong emotional bond with Nido that sometimes, on weekends, we had to take him there just to show him that Nido was closed. We would like to give our special heartfelt thanks to Shivani, Amy, and Richa and many others, Bivan talks about their names every single day. This alone shows the deep love, trust, and connection they built with him. Their kindness, patience, and dedication made an incredible difference in his early years. Because of Nido, Bivan is now a confident, curious, and well-prepared big boy, ready to begin his school journey. He has learned so much, and his growth, confidence, and love for learning are truly because of the nurturing environment at Nido. We cannot thank the Nido team enough.
