The communication is excellent, the environment is warm and engaging, and Niketa and her team definitely went above and beyond in all aspects. We also appreciated the warmth and support that Ellie, Molly, Ovini and their team provided. Highly recommend!

She is kind, attentive, and truly understands Nisha’s needs, likes, and dislikes. She always makes sure Nisha feels comfortable, happy, and safe. I still remember when we first went in for a tour and we noted how clean, light and warm it was compared to other centres we visited. The children also looked settled - which was reassuring for first-time parents like us. Fast forward more than 2 years at Nido and I can definitely say that we made the right choice. Our child is thriving - confident, capable and comfortable, and has built beautiful relationships with staff and her peers. We receive excellent communication from the educators and the leadership/ management team about our child and what is happening at the centre. We thank our “village” at Nido Chadstone for helping us raise our child to be the best she can be.

I have seen the educators carefully and earnestly take care of each child, with great emphasis on safety. The programs are rich and interesting, and importance is also attached to communication with parents. Every child is very happy here. All the meals are freshly made in the canteen, healthy and delicious, and the children all love them. There are fresh fruits for morning tea and afternoon tea. I recommend it to all parents.
