Nido Education

A big thank you to the amazing Nursery 1 educators and the whole Nido team! My son has been attending Nido since he was just seven months old and settled in so quickly. As a first-time parent, I’m truly grateful for the warmth, kindness and support everyone has shown us. Thank you for making our childcare journey such a positive and reassuring experience!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Nido Iluka. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and reassured that our little one was in caring and capable hands.

The educators are warm, nurturing and genuinely invested in the children. It is clear that they take the time to get to know each child as an individual, and we have really appreciated the care, patience and encouragement they show every day.

We love the beautiful environment, the variety of activities and the focus on learning through play, creativity and exploration. It is lovely to see our child excited to go to childcare and come home happy, having had such a positive day.

A big thank you to all the educators and the Nido Iluka team for creating such a loving and positive environment. We are very grateful to have found such a beautiful place for our little one. ❤️

My son has been going to Nido Early School Kingsway since he was a baby (from 7 months old, he is now 2), and the team has always been fantastic.

The gentle and gradual transition to daycare was so easy for him, and he adored his educators straight away. The Director, Jodie, listens to feedback and has an open door policy, which I found very reassuring.

Most importantly, the educators are wonderful and deeply caring towards him (truly!), which I found so important for his emotional attachment and wellbeing, especially as our family is overseas. Biggest shoutout to his regular educators, Nidhi, Jeni, Jules, Izzy, Michaela, Wendy (and more)! They have all been great at supporting his development and whatever he needed most help with at the time, from learning to crawl and walk, to sharing toys with friends, to language (as we are bilingual), to settling for naps in a floor bed.
When my son had a health scare, the support we received during and afterwards was truly heartwarming.
And last but not least, the chef Kristy is not only friendly but a brilliant cook. Our son loves eating there so much that we now use some of their recipes at home!

Thank you again to the whole team for such amazing support and care, towards both my son and I. Jodie, please keep up the great work and keep looking after your lovely team.

As first-time daycare parents, walking through the doors of Nido Iluka over a year ago came with a lot of natural anxiety. Looking back, choosing this centre was quite simply the best decision we could have made for our daughter, Maddie.
Over the past year, Maddie has completely blossomed. She was once a very clingy baby, but thanks to the incredible, gentle, and deeply attentive educators and staff, she has grown into a fiercely independent, well-mannered, kind, and intelligent little girl.
The bond and connection Maddie shares with her teachers is so special, she completely adores them, and it is clear how much they truly cherish and know every single child's name and individual needs.
Every single staff member at Nido Iluka plays a massive part in making it an extraordinary place. A huge credit goes to the educators and hands-on teaching staff, whose kindness, patience, and warmth create a nurturing, comfortable environment where children genuinely thrive. The office and administrative team are equally wonderful, always so supportive, welcoming, and helpful to families.
The centre provides beautiful facilities and a nature based learning environment and play equipment where any child is certain to thrive.
We also have to mention the food provided by the centre, has been a total game-changer! It has played a massive role in helping Maddie and the other children joyfully explore and embrace newly introduced foods.
We as parents are always so excited to check the very specific updated routines of our child for each day and the uploaded photos and learning goals completed are the highlight of our day.
The level of education, the curriculum, and the sheer amount Maddie has learned are nothing short of incredible. We trust, love, and adore the entire team at Nido Iluka, and we cannot recommend this centre enough. We are endlessly grateful for the safe, loving, and stimulating environment they provide every single day.
Your child will be in the best of hands at Nido Iluka.

We have been so incredibly happy with our experience at Nido Essendon. Our son initially found the transition to daycare quite difficult, but the educators have been absolutely amazing in helping him settle in at his own pace. They have been so patient, caring and understanding, and have taken the time to get to know him and his interests, which has made such a difference.

It has been so lovely to see the progress he has made — he now looks forward to going to daycare and even tells us “have fun at daycare” when we drop him off! Seeing him become more comfortable, confident and involved has been so special, and we really feel that the educators have played a huge part in that.

The food prepared by the chef is also fantastic. The meals look fresh, nutritious and delicious, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into the menu and preparation.

Every educator we have encountered has been wonderful, and we have always felt that our son is genuinely cared for and supported. We couldn’t be happier with Nido Essendon and are so grateful to the whole team for making what was initially a challenging transition such a positive experience for our family.

I’m happy with the service overall. There was just a slight hiccup during the transition from Nido to Busy Bees, as I joined right around the time that transition was happening.

It’s been really lovely to see that Busy Bees has retained many of the things I valued about Nido. I have two older children, now 12 and 10, who attended Nido from nursery through to their four-year-old Kinder years. It’s nice to see that some familiar faces are still there from when my children were very young, and that the same level of support and care has been maintained.

I’ve also had really great interactions with the teachers who are currently there, and I’ve found them to be very supportive.

As mentioned, there was a slight hiccup moving from Nido to Busy Bees, particularly as I joined while the transition was taking place. I was also the first family to trial the new system, so there were naturally a few things to work through. We all got there in the end, and I appreciate that we were learning and adapting along the way together.

We love all the staff from educators, cooks and family advocates and managers. Both my girls have been cared for exceptionally over the years, with both having attended from five months old. They have both formed real attachments to many, many staff, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the love and care they have received over the years.
