Our 18 month old son recently started childcare for the first time at Nido Avondale Heights and we were feeling nervous about how he would settle in. The staff in his room have been really patient with him and take extra time and effort to make sure he is well cared for such as going the extra mile to ensure he takes his nap, and I have peace of mind knowing he is in good hands as he transitions to childcare. There are lots of age appropriate activities and experiences for him to explore at childcare and the environment is always clean, calm and welcoming. All the staff including the chef knows him by name now after just a couple of weeks, showing how involved they are in the children’s care. He also really loves all the meals which are healthy and a good variety. We are glad we chose nido Avondale heights and thankful for the dedicated staff who truly seem to enjoy being there.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Nido. The environment is always warm and welcoming, and the staff genuinely care for every child.... We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Nido. A special mention to Mehreen and Shakira, who always greet us so warmly in the mornings, and to the wonderful teachers Harjeet, Manpreet, Mahin, Rafia, Hana, and Gabby for making all of our children feel so welcomed and supported. We also can’t forget the lovely Karen, who always checks in and asks whether our youngest will be attending so she can prepare his meals. From the very beginning, the centre created such a warm, nurturing and welcoming environment that made both him and us feel completely comfortable and confident in his care. As first-time daycare parents, it meant so much to see him genuinely excited to go each day and come home happy, calm and thriving. The environment at the centre is beautiful — always clean, engaging and thoughtfully set up for little ones to explore, learn and feel secure. The food was also fantastic, with such a great variety of healthy meals and snacks that he genuinely enjoyed. What truly makes Nido Willetton special though is the incredible staff. Every educator showed so much care, patience and kindness, and it was obvious how much they genuinely love and support the children. A very special mention to Ophelia, Dalvin and Hayley, who were absolute superstars throughout his transition and settling-in period. Their warmth, reassurance and genuine connection with him made all the difference. We are so grateful for the love and support our son received at Nido Willetton and would highly recommend the centre to any family looking for a caring, professional and truly beautiful daycare environment.

First time for my child to attend child care, I was lucky to meet Rachel and Jun they can speak the same language we speak at home, and helping my kid settle in childcare. I want to give Sunil a big big thankyou, he is the room leader of my child at the moment. For the past few months, I saw a lot of change of my kid, from a crawling baby to a perfect walking baby. Understand what he needs. With this improvement, Sunil did a lot of work on it, and it definitely with the help with other educators as well. Sunil is really patient and nice,I always saw him holding my child. Thank you Nido.

We couldn’t be happier with Nido. The centre is so well thought out and the kids have only the best resources available to... We couldn’t be happier with Nido. The centre is so well thought out and the kids have only the best resources available to them. We particularly love that the kids have access to a lot of open-ended toys and arts and crafts to foster their creativity. The food is also better than anything I could ever make for them myself at home. What stands out most for us though is the educators. The whole entire team really is exceptional. I know that when I drop my daughters off to daycare they are safe and well cared for by attentive, compassionate and experienced educators.
