We saw the centre change management from Genius to Eden and the transformation that occurred as a result. It has been great sending the kids here and we're glad we decided to lock this place in for them. The carers have a genuine care towards all children, the take home meals is a great idea and if you visit at the right time in the morning, the lovely Gemma will hand you take away breakfast and these are always healthy options that she's taken the time to prepare. You know it's going well when the kids are excited to go daycare and then you're struggling to get them back in the car on the way home! The location is accessible and being a purpose built day care, it makes it easy for the kids too. Decent sized play areas both inside and out. The app is great, updates are regular and its easy to get a hold of staff if ever required over the phone. Highly recommend this centre and a couple of visits will convince you why.

Review This was our first daycare and we were quite apprehensive about the whole thing. The kindness and professionalism from the staff in Eden Academy, however, made the experience much better than anticipated (both for us as parents, and for our little one). Drop offs always come with an enthusiastic and warm welcome that puts our toddler right at ease. The first few weeks when the goodbyes were still full of tears were met with patience and positivity, even if I was almost ready to cry myself. We get nice little anecdotes of their day during pick ups that gives an insight into how my child interacts with people away from her parents. From the way the staff speaks about her, we can tell that she is treated like her own person in Eden Academy, and celebrated for who she is. At home, when our little one pretends to call someone on her toy phone, she would normally ‘talk’ with her favourite educators. Their app also makes me feel connected to our daughter’s day. We never have to guess if she’s eaten, napped, or had a nappy change. The information would be updated in real time by the educators. We also super enjoy the summary of their day post, which includes pictures. It is the highlight of my day. The facility is neat and very well maintained. It was recently renovated when we first started, and it shows. The food is also stellar. I know because we get take home meals that we get to enjoy on our night off from having to make dinner ourselves.

The centre is always clean and tidy which makes a big difference. My daughter is always so happy there, either playing or dancing with the other kids when I collect her. She’s learning so much from the educators and I feel really comfortable knowing she’s safe and well looked after. Communication has always been really good and the transitions between rooms have been so smooth for her which has made everything a lot easier. We’re really happy overall with our childcare centre.
